The ski tour through the Mezdí Valley is one of the classics among the off-piste itineraries in the Dolomites. The tour runs from south to north and is characterized by a short crossing of the Sella massif with only little difference in height, and by a steep and technical descent to Colfosco, through this narrow valley in the middle of the rocks.

The in 2017 newly built cable car on the left side of the valley leads to the high plateau Lazaun (2,430m).The new cable car traverses a change in altitude of 430 metres (1,400 feet) and can transport up to 1,980 passengers per hour. The 27 closed gondolas conveniently take skiers, tobogganers and winter hikers up to the Lazaun mountain station in just under four minutes. The mountain station lies at 2,430 metres (7,970 feet) above sea level and is the starting point of two ski slopes of intermediate difficulty covering a total distance of around 3.5 kilometres (2.2 miles) as well as a toboggan track of 3.3 kilometres (2 miles) in length.
Refreshment: The Lazaun mountain hut offers a giant sunny terrace.
The six-seat chairlift was opened in 2010 and makes the particularly popular Pfannspitze ski slopes more easily accessible.
You can ski at the right and the left side of the ski lift. The routs are not very diffucult so that the whole familiy can sky there.
Demanding round-trip tours starting at the cross-country stadium in Toblach/Dobbiaco, often used as training tracks by various national cross-country teams from all over the world.
Speikboden Bergbahnen is a snow-secure, familiarly skiing-area in the valley “Tauferer-Ahrntal”. It contains 8 cableways with a total transport performance of 13.140 persons/hour. About 80 hectare of slopes has to offer enough liberty for everyone – from the summit (2.400 m altitude) to the valley (950 m altitude). Many alternations of the terrain and very wide slopes make happy beginners and professional skiers. In the summer the “Speikboden” is a fantastic hiking area!
The two ski arenas Speikboden and Klausberg including the two town lifts Weißenbach and Rein in Taufers form together the Skiworld Ahrntal. A single ski pass allows you to use over 74 kilometers of slopes while 21 lifts from 950 to 2.510 meters carry you to the mountain top. The covering artificial snow systems of the Skiworld Ahrntal guarantee snow all the way through.
The 4.5 kilometer “Fischleintal circular course” runs through the Fischleintal valley. It runs in beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views of the Sexten Sundial Mountains.

Sanon is a two seater chairlift in the zone Piz near the tipical Sanon hut. The Sanon connects the chairlift Leo Demetz, Icaro and Mezdì.
With a total length of 3 km, the toboggan run of the skiing and hiking resort of Merano 2000 is ideal for families and fun group outings. The winter-time sledding track starts directly at the ropeway mountain station and leads through a picturesque forest all the way down to the valley station in Falzeben, where tireless sledgers can conveniently hop on the Falzeben gondola lift and return to the mountain station.
Toboggans can be rented at the ropeway mountain station and in Falzeben.
The Oclini Pass offers a wide range of beginner, intermediate and advanced trails with stunning views of the Schwarzhorn and Weißhorn, while the nearby Passo Lavazè (1800 m) is also home to a number of trails leading through forests, across snowy plains and into the Fiemme Valley.
Comfortable and easy toboggan run from the Prantneralm in Wiesen / Pfitsch to Schmuders near Sterzing / Vipiteno which also suitable for children.
The 6.5 km sleigh run is an inviting temptation for exciting group descents through the snowy woods. The start of the sleigh run is just below the upper ski lift station running down to the valley station. For those in search of absolute winter tranquillity, there’s the trail leading to the Allriss mountain pasture amidst a pristine landscape in the Upper Isarco Valley.
From Unterplanken across to the Schuher Alm, and from the Golfen all the way to the Hochhorn

The Palusc track is the perfect choice for hobby cross-country skiers. The beautiful track leads gently up and down until reaching the sunny Palusc meadow. Due to unusually mild temperatures, were called for closed the Palusc variant trail and the trail from "Palusc" to "la Buja".
