Starting ponit: Dobbiaco/Gandelle. The Rifugio Bonner is situated at an altitude of 2,340 m, on the sunny side of Dobbiaco below the Corno di Fana. A: S. Martino/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal, B: S. Maddalena/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal, C: Colle/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal. Walking time: A: 4 hours., B: 5 hours., C: 5 hours. Altitude difference: 780m. Overnight accommodation.

Our Restaurant is located directly at the skilift at Dobbiaco and at the cross-country track who goes to Villabassa. In the summer our restaurant is located in the middle of a field. Our cuisine is very famous for tipical dishes

The guests get delicious Tyrolean and Italian food in the snuggery or on the terrace. Overnight stays are possible.

 

The hike starts at the Vista Tre Cime and continues through the Valle di Rienza up to what is probably the most famous peak in the Dolomites, up to the Locatelli hut, from which you have an optimal view of the Three Peaks. The hike is considered a challenging alternative to the hiking trails from Misurina and the Fondovalle-hut of Sesto.

The Putzalm hut is idyllically situated in the Dolomites and is a popular destination for hikers, nature lovers and connoisseurs of South Tyrolean cuisine. The Alm not only offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, but also a cozy and authentic atmosphere.

The Biella Hut, Seekofel Hütte in German language, is located at the base of Croda del Becco or Seekofel. First stage of the Alta Via n. 1 and crossroads of numerous routes in the Ampezzo Natural Park and the neighboring parks of Sennes, Fanes and Braies.

The guest house Friedl is small but fine. Our regular guests love the confort and the excellent food.

The Hotel Brückele is the starting point for the impressive Prato Piazza and the Pragser Wildsee. Cross-country skiers will get their money’s worth, since the trails lead right past our doorstep.

In the small, typical restaurant, our head chef Gerhard will spoil you with local specialties.

The mountain pasture and its rustic hut are situated at an altitude of 1.980 m. The hut offers homemade South Tyrolean delicacies and is known for the staff's hospitality. You reach the hut from Ponticello over the hiking trail n. 18 (time required: ca. 2 hours) or after a short hike from Prato Piazza. In the winter time the Stolla Alm hut is closed!

The hike starts directly at the mountain station Stiergarten  and leads from there always slightly downhill over the Malga Klammbach to the Malga Nemes and from there to the Passo Monte Croce. From there the ski bus brings you back to the starting point Signaue.

You can find us in Außerprags between Lake Prags and Plätzwiese, only five minutes away from the hamlet of Schmieden.

The most traditional ski hut in the ski region the skiresort Three Peaks in the Dolomites is located at the Signaue/Rotwand valley station. Here the sophisticated hospitality in the rustic Alpine hut atmosphere is a real experience. Whether it`s a stop-off for a bite to eat to get your strength up during skiing, a sunny afternoon snack on the hut terrace or a Tyrol Jause (snack) after some fun tobogganing in Henn-Stoll there`s always something traditional on offer in the company of nice people.

n the meantime, we have a large vegetable field and a herb garden, which is Julius' passion. Since he also likes to be creative in the kitchen, he has now found his place on the farm. The traditional parlour and kitchen have stood unoccupied for long enough, now something new begins. He processes everything from the field, the garden, the cheese cellar and our animals into delicious local and creative dishes. We as a family actively support him in this. Natural flavours, fresh produce, unique raw milk cheese, bacon and Kaminwurzen and meat from farm animals are our food - in other words, means to live. The unique surroundings, the unique location of the Lechnerhof and the good food make for an unforgettable experience. From the parking area Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee along the west coast Lago di Braies/Pragser Wildsee, arrived on the back shore a broad gravel way with the (No. 19) lead to the Malga Foresta/Grünwaldalm. In the winter time the Malga Foresta hut is closed!

Reservation required After a day on the slopes, a hike or a climb, you can enjoy the cuisine of our Chef. Cuisine is his passion and he creates dishes featuring local productes that artfully marry tradition and modernity. Local culinary tradition live on, of course, our chef gives the classical Tyrolean and Italian recipes a new lease of life, catering to the tastes and demands of modern diners with the ingredients and cooking methods of today. A superb cuisine, where quality and innovation take pride of place.

The sun terrace at the Kinigerhof at 1,399 metres above sea level occupies prime position for viewing the gigantic Sextner Dolomites. Right across from the farm, the famous rocky towers, known as the ’Sextner Sonnenuhr’ or ’Sextner Sundial’ reach up to the skies. The house speciality is cured meat: the ’Speck’ from various different pork cuts, cured beef, sausage, salami and cooked ’Speck’ are excellent. The many herbs and berries from the farm garden used in the cooking add a special touch. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open from the start of December to Easter as well as from the end of May to 1st November. Closed on Mondays. Advance booking recommended.

The Helm/ Monte Elmonot only inspires with its view, because the natural border between Italy and Austria looks back on a long history. On the tracks of smugglers and border crossers, various hikes with a low level of difficulty can be planned. Always with you: the view of the Sesto sundial, the largest stone sundial in the world.

The guesthouse near the parking area Prato Piazza is located at an impressive altitude of 2.000 m face to face with the mountain Croda Rossa in the midst of the nature park Fanes-Sennes-Braies. It is possible to stay overnight in theis comfortable double rooms and shared rooms. In theis snuggeries you can enjoy typical south Tyrolean and Italian food the whole year. A sun terrace and a playground invite to stay.

The Café Mitterhofer is located in the center of San Candido and is every season the ideal place to linger, chat and relax. A meeting place where not only art and everyday life merges,but also cultures. At the intersection between north and south, east and west, the lightness of the South blends with the harsh and fragile beauty of the Alpine landscape.
