Birkenhof farm is situated above Schluderns and can boast amazing views of the Ortler mountain and Upper Vinschgau valley. It is the ideal destination for a families, hikers and cyclists. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying farm cooking in a leisurely atmosphere. The new 'Pick-your-own Berry Path' enjoys great popularity. In the evening on gladly open for you on advance booking!

Our farm is situated above Signat along the chestnut trail. Our traditional farmhouse cooking offers many local filled pasta varieties, known as "Schlutzkrapfen" and filled with spinach, pumpkin, ricotta or even beetroot and horseradish. We offer numerous different varieties of traditional dumplings, such as cheese, spinach, beetroot or pumpkin, and also rustic variations such as herbal or bacon dumplings. For dessert lovers we offer traditional sweet dishes, a hearty Kaiserschmarrn or sweet pancakes.

The Köhlhof is situated in a quiet position in South Tyrol’s sunny south with panoramic view over Bassa Atesina/ Unterland and Oltradige/Überetsch.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

Alpine inn in the area of Sciliar with traditional dishes. Sesselschwaige, a cozy alpine inn on the slopes of Mount Sciliar A perfect hiking destination at the Sciliar, one of South Tyrole‘s best known landmarks. Sesselschwaige is located about an hour's hike below the vast plateau of Mount Sciliar. Surrounded by green pastures, not far from a clear mountain creek, the inn is popular for taking a break on the way up or down from the Sciliar and its chalets. But the charming little alpine hut is a perfect destination itself and rewards the hiker with typical local culinary delights, fresh dairy products and splendid views of the surrounding woods, slopes and peaks. Since the cottage has no access road and can be reached only by foot, there is true peace and quiet to be found here. Here, you can still get in touch with nature without getting distracted by tacky decor and noisy crowds. The hike itself from Fiè, Tires or Alpe di Siusi is reasonably easy and poses

Typical South Tyrolean dishes

The newly opened “Heualm” is located at 1,933 m above sea level surrounded by green flowering alpine meadows, larch trees and the Dolomites. The tranquillity of nature, the breathtaking all-round panorama and the wide and lush alpine meadow make this place special. Due to its idyllic location, delicious South Tyrolean culinary specialities and warm hospitality, the small alpine hut is a popular destination for hikers and connoisseurs. The Heualm can be reached comfortably by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. From Compatsch via hiking trail no. 7 and no. 6 with a duration of approx. 1 hour or via hiking trail no. 30 and no. 6/6b with a duration of approx. 1 hour. In case of bad weather, the Heualm remains closed as we only have tables and outdoor seating available.

Located in the midst of meadows and woodlands, offers a unique view of the Adige Valley, the Dolomites and the Val Venosta with the Ortler group.

Surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Ortles and Sesvenna groups, nestled on the Malles sunny slope, you will find our little paradise "Solis". Alpine and Mediterranean specialities. On request open also in the evenings for groups.

The Stafler Alm is situated above St. Pancras ( Fam Paller ). Quaint mountain farm with panoramic views of the Dolomites. Brettl snacks with alpine cheese and butter , fresh cow's and goat's milk, pancakes , fried eggs with bacon. Accessible from San Vigilio on trail # 9 + 1 or from St. Pancras on marking 6a or 6b.

The farmhouse is located 5 km above Lana, directly on the main road. In our new farm opened in 2017, you can enjoy culinary and traditional dishes such as meat from our livestock, egg dishes from our free-range chickens, various dumplings and dumplings filled with our own garden and meadow herbs, savory Marends and desserts, dairy products such as cream cheese, curd cheese, yoghurt and butter enjoy. Treat yourself with family or friends a rustic breakfast buffet in our cozy rooms or on our sun terrace (only on reservation). Small children's playground available, in autumn Törggelen. In our farm shop we offer all sorts of homemade products such as jams, syrups, handmade decoration and much more.

The farm Laitnkeller is located in Aica di Fiè.

At our historic, cosy wine cellar you can look Forward to our traditional Brettlmarende, a selection of cheeses, Tyrolean Speck, Kaminwurzen, jacket potatoes and much more.

The mountain inn Ederhof above Luttach/Lutago distinguishes itself not only by the stunning view from its sun-terrace, but also by the outstanding cordiality of the hosts as well as by the lovely decoration.

Delicacies from the farm: typical Tyrolean snacks, home-made cakes and juices are waiting for you.

The mountain inn is also reachable directly by car.

Restaurant and bar

OUR FARM TAVERN We are a family business and together we run a farm tavern in Albions. We are also a farm with various animals. On the farm live donkeys, sheep, calves, chickens, ducks and cat that you can see and pet. The farm tavern "Dillerhof" can be found in Albions, a fraction south of Lajen. It is also an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and is not far from Klausen, Brixen and Bozen. We offer homemade dishes, delicious cakes and coffee or aperitif, also a delicious Marende to strengthen you. Come by and let us spoil you ??????

The Pirchhof lies on the Sonnenberg near Naturns, right above the Meran High Altitude Path and offers a unique view of the Vinschgau valley. You will be able to enjoy typical South Tyrolean products mostly produced on the premises on the sunny terrace or inside, far away from everyday life. The Pirchhof offers Farm Holidays too. Open daily from Mid-March to Mid-November, in December only at weekends. Orders for evening meals only taken in advance.

In our traditional restaurant we spoil with typical specialties that are prepared with many products from our own farm. On reservation!

The Pschnickerhof, with its unpronounciable name, offers some real treats for your tastebuds. The farm lies amidst chestnut groves and vineyards. The cosy 'stube' with its farm oven is just perfect for lingering and tasting dishes in. Over Easter and Whitsun open by reservation. In midsummer from Wednesday to Saturday from 17:00, and in autumn Saturdays and Sundays already open from 12:00. For the rest of the year, reservations are accepted from 10 people.

Cosy farm bar in the mountains above Vilpiano. We serve various dishes with home-made products. Open in spring and in autumn, only on Saturdays and on Sundays.

We make our own wines, fresh fruit Juices, homemade apple strudel, Marende platters, mouth-watering "Kaiserschmarrn" and homemade savoury dumplings. You're welcome!

Enjoy exquisite wines from our surrounded vineyards, we sell also directly, and let yourself be seduced by a selection of delicious tyrolean and mediterranean specialties, prepared with love and care. Our establishment not only offers culinary highlights but also a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for leisurely moments in couple or with friends and family. On Tuesdays, we take a little break, but on all other days of the week, we warmly welcome you.
