The farm Moserhof is situated between meadows and forests and is a popular destination for walkers. The farm offers traditional and regional dishes, such as duplings, ham, cheese, "Kaiserschmarrn" and sweet pancakes.

A rustic and authentic wine tavern with traditional South Tyrolean specialties from its own production. In autumn the Leitlkeller is known as a typical "Törggele" location.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

The historic Lafogl farm is situated in a fantastic location just below Castelrotto/Kastelruth. It features four cosily furnished holiday apartments with space for two to four people. The daily "bread roll service" and the breakfast basket with tasty farm products, which the Rier family will bring to your door every morning if you wish, will get you ready for your adventures in the Alpe di Siusi/ Seiser Alm hiking and winter sports paradise. The Lafogl farm is also a traditional “buschenschank”. With lots of love and passion, farmer Regina prepares all delicacies from scratch and completely by hand. In the farmhouse from the 12th century with panoramic view at the castel "Trostburg", we invite you to traditional "Törggelen" with Tyrolean specialities and our homemade wine.

Ebner wine farm lies at the foot of the Ritten high plateau surrounded by vineyards. The farmer, Florian, produces excellent wines, while his wife is an experienced cook and confectioner who treats her guests to typical Tyrolean dishes, and now serves a delicious farm brunch. Open from March to mid-May on Sunday after 9.00 am (farm brunch until 1.00 pm). From the start of October to mid- December from Wednesdays to Fridays from 6.00 pm, open from midday on Saturdays and Sundays. Prior order required.

Our farm is located on 1,814 m a.s.l over the Vernagt Stausee reservoir. A beautiful walk (way no. 7) leads along the sunny side, with view onto the lake from the Tisenhof to Maso Corto. Over the farmstead lies the Similaun hut, on 3,019 m a.s.l.

Manuela's diner is located in Madonnina in the heart fo the Corno del Renon at 1.674 meters. It offers typical South Tyrolean dishes at adequate rate. Closing day: Thursday

Home made Ladin cuisine, on reservation.

Rielingerhof farm occupies a remote spot at 750 m above sea level amidst vineyards and orchards. The whole grape harvest is made into delicious organic wine on the farm. In addition, guests can enjoy organic meat from the farm as well as a wide variety of fruit and vegetables from the farm and its land. Farm Holidays also available. Open from 25th February until 27th March from Friday to Sunday, from 1st April until 26th June and from 3rd September until 7th November from Tuesday to Sunday, and from 12th November until 28th November from Friday to Sunday. During the remainder of the year, bookings for more than 10 persons are accepted.

Both dining rooms at Larm Hof farm have been home to lots of generations. Today it is the guests at this ancestral farmhouse that liven up these time-honoured rooms. The farmhouse fare served up reflects the best of Eisacktal valley traditional food, too. The Winkler family invites guests to enjoy a generous farmhouse breakfast with lots of farm products as a special feature in spring. Open from mid-September to the end of November from 12 noon with closing day on Monday. Treat yourself to all kinds of delicious farm culinary fare in a cosy farmhouse parlour after a good long walk. The Unteraichnerhof in the little village of Barbian is just the place for this, situated in a particularly suitable part of the Eisack river valley for walkers. Lüch de Survisc farm has been in the family for generations and lies on the sunny side of the Dolomites at 1,475 metres above sea level. The Vallazza family will treat guests to typical Ladin dishes and the farm’s special atmosphere. In summer the sun terrace will make for unforgettable moments drinking in the unique views of the Dolomites. Open all year round for advance orders only.

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
