From Wolfsgruben to the Mittelstieler lake and Oartlkopf

From the "Wolfsgruben" stop of the railway Ritten, follow the path to the banks and car park of Wolfsgruben Lake. From here, take the asphalt road, followed by the gravel path (marker no. 13) in a slight ascent to the "Signater Aussicht" (viewpoint). After a detour to this magnificent viewpoint, hike back (approx. 1.8 km) on the same trail, until trail no. 13A to the Schwarzen Lacke (biotope) branches off to the right; trail 12A merges with this trail here, and leads on to the Mittelstieler Lake (biotope). The route then leads around the banks of the lake and up to a viewpoint on the south-east of the lake, where trail 12A to the Oartlkopf branches off. The descent leads down trail no. 12A to the gravel path, and then to the left onto the main road. The final stretch along the banks of the lake will take.
