Ausgangspunkt: Bergstation Schwemmalmbahn - Wanderweg Nr. 6, 5, 5B - Gehzeit: 1 h (leichter Bergweg)

Starting point: Telves di Sopra, fire station (1.250m) This hike starts at the fire station in Telves di Sopra. Follow the path no. 5 for about 1,5 hours upwards to the first mountain pasture, the Freundalm. Continue on path no. 5 until you reach a fork, from where you turn right to path no. 5A and shortly thereafter reach the mountain pasture Kuhalm. Alternative: reachable also over the mountain railway station Rosskopf Monte Cavallo in about 45 minutes across the panoramic trail. Tip: near-natural and creative dishes from our alpine kitchen and products of our alpine dairy! If you want to see the sunrise on the summit Telfer Weißen, we offer overnight accommodation with subsequent breakfast!

The Kortscher Alm Alpine Pasture is situated on 1,987 m in the Schlandrauntal valley, under the mountain lake of Kortsch. The Alm team serves beverages and snacks as well as milk, cheese, yogurt and butter from the farmyard production.

This hike starts at the hamlet “Gasse” just before Ridnaun/Ridanna. Follow the signpost “Mareiter Stein” southwards along the asphalted road. Go past the group of farmhouses Entholz/Masi di Ento. From Entholz you go into the forest, turn right at a small stream and follow path no. 24 to a fork, where following the path no. 25B you reach the mountain pasture Kerschbaumeralm. Alternative: reachable also starting from Pratone along the asphalted road and the gravel path. Tip: grey cheese and alpine butter

On the cosy sun terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain scenery, and the kitchen serves guests some local or South Tyrolean specialities, including the famous Kaiserschmarrn. Starting Point: Antholz Mittertal Roundtrip: 2.5h Hiking Trail: 6,12

The recently modernised hut is located at an altitude of 1.927 m and offers stunning views across the valley. The hut offers Tyrolean cuisine from local produce. You can reach the Rifugio Alpe Steinberg via the Rifugio Lachwiesen (hiking path No. 1A) or via the Valle San Silvestro (turn right after the Ristorante Genziana - hiking path No. 1), past the Alpe San Silvestro. From Alpe Steinberg you can continue your hike to the Rifugio Bonner or the Corno di Fana.

Starting point: Flading, Racines di Dentro (1.482m) The mountain pasture Klammalm can be reached via Flading. You can either drive to the valley by car or walk across the Ratschinger Almenweg to the end of the valley. Walking time Bichl-Flading: approx. 1,5 hrs. from Flading you reach the Klammalm, following the marked trail no. 12 to the mountain pasture. Alternative: reachable also across the Ratschinger Almenweg Tip: various homemade strudels

The Malga Prossliner hut lies in the zone Tschapit at the foot of the Sciliars. She is attainable over the walk 10 from Spitzbühl or over the geologist path, starded from Bagni di Razes (Siusi allo Sciliar) Enjoy delicious dishes and home-made cakes

Starting point: Head of the valley Val Casies Valley/S. Maddalena. Walking time: 50min. Path: n° 49. Altitude difference: 240m. Easily accessible for young and old with beautiful view, sun terrace, petting zoo, children's playground.

The Kehreralm is situated at 1,850 m below the Forcella del Picco-Birnlücke (2667 m) on a marvellous high plateau. Typical local food, friendly service, a large sunny terrace are awaiting you.

The family-friendly hut is reachable also with baby strollers and mountain bikes.

Here the alpinist can expect something very tasty, but also something light and refreshing. Culinary delights are part of a mountain experience. The comfy get-together, animated conversations about adventures, paths and destinations, perhaps also stories about mountains, animals and people, of myth and reality .

Sesselschwaige, a cozy alpine inn on the slopes of Mount Sciliar A perfect hiking destination at the Sciliar, one of South Tyrole‘s best known landmarks Sesselschwaige is located about an hour's hike below the vast plateau of Mount Sciliar. Surrounded by green pastures, not far from a clear mountain creek, the inn is popular for taking a break on the way up or down from the Sciliar and its chalets. But the charming little alpine hut is a perfect destination itself and rewards the hiker with typical local culinary delights, fresh dairy products and splendid views of the surrounding woods, slopes and peaks. Since the cottage has no access road and can be reached only by foot, there is true peace and quiet to be found here. Here, you can still get in touch with nature without getting distracted by tacky decor and noisy crowds. The hike itself from Fiè allo Sciliar, Tires or Alpe di Siusi is reasonably easy and poses no major challenges

The Spitzbühl hut ist he starting point for paradliders and hang-gliders, as well as for model aircraft. Visitors con also take a tendem flights from here. The rustic hut at the mountain station oft he Spitzbühl lift servers tipical South Tyrolean dishes: the house made specialities include baked pasta dishes and delicious cakes.
