Starting point: mountain station cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo – Vipiteno (1.850m) Starting from the mountain station of the cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo hike along the wide path no. 23. The trail increases slightly southwestwards. Continue to walk over a mountain bridge and further on to the mountain pasture Ochsenalm (1.907m). From there follow the ridgeway under the summits Telfer Weißen to the cirque of the mountain pasture Seeberalm with the lake Seebersee. Alternative: reachable also from the valley head Ridanna across the same path to the mountain pasture Prischeralm and following the path no. 23 towards the mountain pasture Seeberalm. Tip: alpine mountain lake

The Rifugio Ra Stua is located 3 km behind Fiames, or 10 km behind the Cimabanche pass at an altitude of 1,668 m. In summer, till July, the hut can also be reached by car on a tarmacked road. In the summer months there is also a shuttle service from to the St. Hubertus pasture. The hut offers traditional cuisine from local produce and is open all year round. It also offers accommodation in a number of double rooms. The Rifugio Ra Stua can also be reached via hiking path No. 8, immediately after the Cimabanche pass.

The Laurin hut with ist cosy Tyrolean room and sun terrace with a view oft the Sciliar is somewhere to really relax and enjoy. The hosts offer typical Tyrolean dishes in a comfortable atmosphere.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm. Tip: roasted lamb, handmade and traditional Tyrolean starters, grey cheese and alpine butter, children’s playground, annual and traditional Wasserfaller Kirchtag

The Malga Latschiniger Alm is situated on the Montefranco at Castelbello. Enjoy special traditional dishes

Hexeneggele – A Rest Stop at the Staller Saddle Located right at the Staller Saddle, Hexeneggele invites you to relax and enjoy the view. This charming rest stop offers regional specialties and a touch of alpine flair – perfect for hikers, cyclists, and anyone who appreciates good food and scenery.

High up in the Hirzer hiking area. Here on our alm at 1970 metres above sea level we will be happy to indulge you with a freshly prepared apple pancake or a bacon dumpling soup after a hike or lovely tour of the summits. The majority of our Tyrolean specialities are prepared using our own produce. Our private alm, or alpine pasture, is open right through from mid-April until the beginning of November. We will be pleased to provide you with suggested routes for hiking to the alm.

Our kitchen team looks forward to pampering you with freshly prepared dishes such as goulash and dumplings, pasta, mushroom dishes, wild game dishes, barbecue specialities (every Sunday through the summer), our home-made Kaiserscharrn, apple strudel and much more. Sit and enjoy a glass of our home-made juice (elderberry, blackcurrant etc) and indulge yourself with our specialities. And to finish off, why not try one of our home-made liquors (mountain pine or blueberry)

The Innere Schwemmalm is only a 20-minute walk from the Schwemmalm cable car station.

At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

Starting point: Telves di Sopra, fire station (1.250m) This hike starts at the fire station in Telves di Sopra. Follow the path no. 5 for about 1,5 hours upwards to the first mountain pasture, the Freundalm. Continue on path no. 5 until you reach a fork, from where you turn right to path no. 5A and shortly thereafter reach the mountain pasture Kuhalm. Alternative: reachable also over the mountain railway station Rosskopf Monte Cavallo in about 45 minutes across the panoramic trail. Tip: near-natural and creative dishes from our alpine kitchen and products of our alpine dairy!

At 1,700 m on the sea level at the foot of Latemar above the city of Predazzo, Gardoné offers you relax and culinary highlights with a wonderful view to the Lagorai Mountains. Both in summer and in winter time, the Gardoné is the perfect place to eat delicious creations, either Mediterranean or traditional, combined with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the sun and the music on the wide terrace. The mountain hut is easily reachable, both in summer and in winter, thanks to the lifts of the hike and Ski Centre Latemar Obereggen. If you are a sports-passionate, you can reach the Gardoné by skiing in wintertime, and hiking or mountain biking in summer time, following one of the marked paths or trails. You can arrive in the Gardoné from Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. Hot food from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.

The Kehreralm is situated at 1,850 m below the Forcella del Picco-Birnlücke (2667 m) on a marvellous high plateau. Typical local food, friendly service, a large sunny terrace are awaiting you.

The family-friendly hut is reachable also with baby strollers and mountain bikes.

Here the alpinist can expect something very tasty, but also something light and refreshing. Culinary delights are part of a mountain experience. The comfy get-together, animated conversations about adventures, paths and destinations, perhaps also stories about mountains, animals and people, of myth and reality .

The Salten upland with its wide pastures and meadows, dark coniferous forests and southern vegetation gives this middle-mountain landscape an extraordinary charm. In the winter on Saturday and Sunday it open all day.

Up here you will enjoy the magnificent view over the Rosengarten, the Vajolet towers and the Latemar, but also the fresh homemade specialities, spiced with different herbs and spices from the surrounding nature. Taste also a fresh salad from the garden behind the hut. Eassily accessible on different tracks with spectacular view from Tires, Fiè, Umes and from the Lake – laghetto di Fiè. Ideal for a family day trip or for hiker.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.
