Fresh homemade delicacies await you here, at 1,914 meters above sea level in the beautiful Zerzertal. Whether for lunch or dinner, for a glass of milk or a beer, an ideal stop for body and soul in the summer months. At the Brugger-Alm there is an place where you can enjoy the alpine cheese, which is made in summer from the milk of about 70 cows, and hearty South Tyrolean food. Open from mid-May to early October.

The Hut "Schafstallhütte" is located at an altitude of 1500 meters above Kastelruth. In this rustic alpine hut, you can expect warm hospitality and homemade traditional South Tyrolean specialties. The hut can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from the top station of the Marinzen cable car via trail no. 9. From Kastelruth, trail no. 8 leads via the Witches' Chairs to the Schafstallhütte. Open only during the summer months.

Since 1992 you can enjoy wholesome alpine dishes and exquisite Kaiserschmarrn at the Stumpfalm hut. Nestled in a picturesque mountain landscape, the cozy „stube“ (snug) and the sunny terrace invite you to linger, whilst the impressive backdrop of the surrounding mountains captivates you. The Kanzel Hut is located at an altitude of 2,350 m, right next to the mountain station of the Kanzel cable car. This excellent location makes it a popular destination for hikers and mountain lovers. The Kanzel restaurant offers a diverse menu that ranges from classic dishes to delicious pasta variations and fresh salads. Particularly famous is the renowned Kaiserschmarrn, served here to perfection and a true delight for every palate. The bright, modern bar furnished with wood invites guests to linger and offers breathtaking views of Sulden and the impressive mountain world surrounding King Ortler. Here, you can unwind after an adventurous hike and fully enjoy the beauty of nature. The Kanzel Hut is easily accessible via hiking trails No. 5, 11, and 12. Alternatively, you can also conveniently reach the hut by the Kanzel or Rosim (open only in winter) cable car.

The Schillerhof is located on a glade and offers you a nonrecurring view to Rosengarden and Latemar. Following forest roads you can arrive from Nova Levante, Tires, Obergummer or the Niggerpass. Relax on our sunny terrace with nonrecurring panorama and enjoy fresh South Tyrolean food made by our chef.

The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm. Tip: roasted lamb, handmade and traditional Tyrolean starters, grey cheese and alpine butter, children’s playground, annual and traditional Wasserfaller Kirchtag

WELCOME to Adler Alm hut! The ideal starting point both for simple or more challenging hikes. Enjoy delicious traditional dishes and cheese from our own production. From Kasern/Casere the Adleralm hut can be reached comfortably with the baby stroller. For the kids we have a children’s playground.

In the cold season our hut is a popular destination for winter hiking, snow shoe hiking and ski touring. In addition our hut is located on the cross country track Kasern/Casere.

Cosy hut serving South Tyrolean specialities The Tschon hut, situated next to the ski slope, serves typical plain fare. The legendary “Tschon Stoan” (a rock) is close by.

Homemade South Tyrolean specialities provide a welcome refreshment at lunchtime. The hut is just five minutes on foot from the Saltria bus stop and 100 metres from the valley station of the Florian chair lift, which is in operation both in summer and in winter. During the winter season, the ski slope leads directly to the hut.

The area around the restaurant is ideal for mountain hikers, mountain bikers, ski enthusiasts and families. Here you can enjoy homemade South Tyrolean specialties.

Only 30 minutes by foot from Obereggen (in winter on the mountain station of the cable car Ochsenweide). Typical cuisine and a sunny terrace are waiting for you! Hot food from 12.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine.
