Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. We start at the spectacular Lake Braies, in whose water the massive rock faces of the Croda del Becco are reflected and which is a true myth in the mountain world as well as one of the natural wonders of the Dolomites. We walk up through the forest to the alpine pasture where the animals graze: Fojedöra, a magical place where time has stood still and off the beaten track, an authentic and original place. Together with our mountain guide Manuel we will start our crossing of the Prags Dolomites from the Brunst Alp. After an hour of hiking we will reach the start of the fixed rope route, where Manuel will give us a short introduction to the equipment.
