Bike fans get their money's worth in the MTB area behind the fish pond in Antholz Niedertal. 3 downhill variants with different levels of difficulty and a pump track awaits you. The shuttle will take you and the your guide to the MTB Area in Antholz Niedertal. Bikes will be provided on site.

Discovery of Ladin traditions and culture. On a leisurely excursion, we will immerse ourselves in the local world and visit a historical farmstead, seeing archaic but also modern tools used by the locals to carry out various activities. Discover the Via Artis on Kronplatz every Monday together with a hiking guide – the highest open-air art gallery in the world at 2,275 meters above sea level. The 6-kilometer circular trail showcases six artworks by local artists, crafted from damaged wood resulting from storm and snow pressure in 2018 and 2019. Our Speckbread Hike starts at the Olang 1+2 mid-station at 2000 m and leads you through several culinary stops amidst the breathtaking nature of the Dolomites. A special treat awaits you at the end: freshly sliced speck served on warm oven-baked bread. The hike is self-guided but well-marked and easy to follow. Along the circular trail, you’ll also discover how speck and bread were made in the old days.

Have you ever tasted real farmers’ butter on freshly baked South Tyrolean bread with a stunning mountain view? This hike starts at the Olang 1+2 mid-station at 2,000 m and leads you along a well-marked trail with several stops to a traditional wood-fired oven. The hike is not guided, but the route is clearly signposted. Along the circular trail, you’ll also discover how butter and bread were made in the old days – a delicious journey into South Tyrolean tradition and alpine nature!

On June 29, 2025 the cable car Kronplatz 2000 is open for a very special night - the "Sacred Heart Night" at the summit of Kronplatz.
Be there and experience a beautiful view of the adjacent mountain world during a picturesque sunset over the main ridge of the Alps and the Dolomites. Once the sun has set, a spectacular spectacle awaits you: fires of the Sacred Heart are lit on the surrounding peaks, illuminating the sky over the whole South Tyrol and giving it a magical atmosphere.
Lighting fires around the summer solstice has its origins in ancient times. The custom of solstice and St. John's fires has been documented since the 12th century. In the 18th century, however, the custom was reinterpreted: in 1796, the Tyrolean estates vowed to entrust the land to the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" to counter the imminent danger posed by Napoleon's invasion. Since then, this promise has been commemorated every year by lighting fires.
But this is not all: those interested in culture have the opportunity to visit the two museums at Kronplatz. Both the MMM Corones and the LUMEN Museum open their doors on this evening.
In short, the "Sacred Heart Night" at Kronplatz is an unforgettable experience for everyone who wants to experience South Tyrolean tradition up close. We are looking forward to your visit!

The wind, the bare rock and a panorama that only a few can claim to have seen. Nothing else can distract you from one of the most adrenaline-pumping and spectacular hikes in our area. The reward for challenging your limits? The 360-degree view from the summit of Piz da Peres, with the view stretching from the peaks of the Ahrntal valley to the glaciers of Austria. The hike is also suitable for beginners; only the easy section of the via ferrata is tackled. Should the guide judge the group to be sufficiently experienced, the entire via ferrata can be hiked. Excursion not recommended for those suffering from vertigo. Attention: minimum age 16 years. In the event of bad weather, an alternative programme is offered. Booking online or at the Tourist Office. The cost includes continuous accompaniment by a mountain guide. Harness, safety harness and helmet can be hired for €15.

That's the "Olanger Standlschmaus", a very special street festival in the village center of Mitterolang. The Standlschmaus takes this year place on the 02.07.25, 23.07.25 & at the 27.08.25

Mario, the falconer, will gladly let you in on the secrets of the day and especially the night birds of prey, with which he has had a very special relationship for years. Which one? This climbing wall on Passo delle Erbe, , reached after a short walk, ist the ideal pla- ce for first attemps in a rock face. Our qualified mountain guides guarantee safety and fun.
