This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. There, you can enjoy a guided tour of the cheese museum and a tasting of the finest cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. Easy 40-kilometre tour with an elevation gain of approx. 600-800 metres. The price includes the hire of the electric mountain bike, helmet and the guided tour and tasting at the Capriz cheese dairy.

The Fallmetz summit (2,568m) is an insider tip as it is less well-known but offers a spectacular 360-degree view. The moderately difficult hike begins with a ride on the Gitschberg cable car in Meransen. The trail leads you through alpine panoramas to the Falzarer Joch between the Altfasstal valley and Pfunders. From the Falzarer Joch, you climb over a grassy ridge to the pre-summit. The slightly exposed transition to the main summit is quickly conquered and an unimagined panoramic view of the large Seefeldsee lake, the Altfasstal valley and the surrounding mountain peaks awaits you. The descent is via the ascent route. Stop for refreshments on the way back. Walking time: approx. 5 hours, 14 km and 525 m of elevation gain. Total duration: approx. 6 hours. Experience the Pfunderer Valley on two wheels: Bike adventures with history and nature. You follow the valley trail, which takes you along rushing streams and lush meadows to Pfunders. A visit to the farm museum awaits you there, where you can immerse yourself in the traditional way of life in the region and gain exciting insights into rural life. You continue your journey and reach the idyllic hamlet of Dun. The next destination is the Boden Alm, a paradise for nature lovers. On the way there, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Pfunderer mountains. Once you arrive at the Boden Alm, you can stop for refreshments and regional specialties before heading back. Difficulty of the tour: medium, approx. 40 kilometers and 600 - 800 vertical meters

At the successful event series, various associations are again at the start this year and provide good entertainment, drinks & snacks. There are three atmospheric evenings in common.

We are accompanied to the charming Feldthurner and Latzfonser Alm mountain pastures with interesting facts about mountain pasture management and insights into the splendour of the flowers. We are rewarded with a marvellous view of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. There is the opportunity to stop for refreshments at the Klausner hut. Route: From Kühhof via hiking trail no. 13 to the Klausner Hütte, back via trail no. 1. If good weather, we take the longer route via no. 14 + no. 8. Rest assured: this electric bike tour will be a memorable one. First, we will ride over the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm plateau, before covering the last climb to the summit of the Astjoch saddle on foot. Up there, you can enjoy a fantastic all-round view of the surrounding mountains. This is a 40-kilometre tour with an elevation gain of approx. 600 - 800 metres. A visit to a cosy bar/restaurant/hut is an integral part of every tour

We will meet up in the centre of Spinges and start our hike to the Opera 24 bunker. On our way there, we will have the chance to learn intriguing details about the builder of the Holy Sepulchre Chapel (1685) and the historical and artistic heritage of the local parish church and its small museum. We will also find out about the way of life in an 18th century farmer’s parlour, and why 400 people were burnt alive in a local farmhouse. The highest point of our hike is a bunker in Mussolini’s Alpine Wall, where we will learn about its history before enjoying a picnic on site. In the event of adverse weather, we will skip the hike. Early in the morning, we set off with Margareth on a sunrise hike. Meeting point is at the large hiking map near the Gasserhütte – from there we begin our walk to reach the Toten Kirchl in time for sunrise. At the top, a peaceful and impressive atmosphere awaits, with wide views over the Villanderer Alm and the surrounding mountains. After hiking back down, we’ll enjoy a relaxed breakfast together at a mountain hut. A start to the day that’s well worth it – for anyone who enjoys experiencing nature at its quietest and most beautiful.

The tour will take you to the bishopric town of Brixen and then to Vahrn, where you can enjoy a refreshing break at the Kneipp hydrotherapy facility. Treading water in cold, flowing water in open nature has a toughening, circutation promoting and stimulating effect. Following we will have a break at the Hubenbauer brewery. Brussels-based singer and sound artist Lynn Cassiers teams up with Nabou Claerhout. The result? Three generous portions of trombone, four spoons of voice, a pinch of electronics—all well mixed and performed live! Using this mix of instruments and everyday objects, the duo creates wild sound universes that the audience can actively help shape. This unique concert is created for children and invites the young audience to dive into a playful and imaginative world of sounds together with the musicians. For children aged 6 and above. A creative workshop for children, where sound and rhythm take shape through fun and imagination. Guided by Bolzano-based singer and music teacher Greta Marcolongo, the young participants create colorful posters using scissors, paper, and glue — inspired by jazz improvisation and, of course, their own ideas.

Unforgettable hike on the bright side of Barbian. We guide you through the colorful splendor of the summer messengers, past historic buildings, streams, chestnut trees and much more. It is not for nothing that Mt. Eidechsspitze is among the most popular peaks in the Pfunders mountains. Starting from the Winnebachtal car park (1,412 metres), we will climb our way to the Tiefrastenhütte hut (2,312 metres) and the Tiefrasten lake. From there, a narrow trail negotiates the rough stretch to the picturesque Kompfossee lake (2,442 metres). Finally, a steep ascent over the flank leads to the Eidechsspitze summit (2,738 metres), where a uniquely rewarding panoramic view awaits. The way back is along the same route. Refreshment points: Astner Bergalm hut, Tiefrastenhütte hut. Total walking time: approx. 7 hours, covering a distance of 17 km and 1,300 metres of elevation gain. Total duration: approx. 8 hours. This unique, almost indescribable feeling of peace and quiet: enjoy the picturesque twilight atmosphere on the Ploseberg with us. Accompanied by the soothing chirping of crickets, we hike along the Dolomites High Trail to the Rossalm, where we stop for dinner (not included). Strengthened, we head to the viewpoint, where a breathtaking sunset awaits us with views of the fiery red Dolomite peaks, the Sarntal Alps and the main Alpine ridge. Participants first walk about 600 meters into the Elisabethstollen, then climb up a staircase (300 steps and 65 vertical meters) in an ore mining shaft to the Lorenzstollen.Then we walk about 400 meters back through the Lorenzstollen to the exit and through a path to the starting point. Duration: about 2 hours Please be there at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.

During the summer months a celebration takes place in the villages of the High Plateau, as the Naz-Sciaves Tourist Office organizes the Summer night Event. The Event offers musical entertainment. Local delicacies will be served.

The panoramic high-level hike leads us through pine forests to beautiful high alpine pastures in the direction of the Radlsee lake, Brugger Schupfe and back to the Kühhof. Some things are worth an early rise, even on holiday. You will be rewarded with the unique experience of an Alpine sunrise. We will take the cable car to reach an altitude of 2,000 metres and set off in the dark, experiencing how the new day arises from the silence of the night one step at a time. After an easy hike (approx 40 minutes, 130 meters elevation gain) to the Steinermandl panoramic platform, we will savour the magical moment when the first sun rays bathe the mountains in their bright light. The experience is rounded off by a stopover for refreshments at a mountain hut. (Consumption against payment) The descent by cable car is available from 8:30 a.m. Warm clothing is recommended.
