In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. Additionally, you can choose from a selection of other Italian and international delicacies, all thoughtfully curated in a weekly menu for your stay. And as for breakfast, they say it's the best meal of the day! In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). Situated four minutes from the centre of the pretty village of Badia, the restaurant has been run by the same family since 1645. Thanks to a long agricultural tradition and a deep connection with the land, it offers you an experience that will take you back in time, tasting the products of the farm and dining in the traditional STÜA and the cosy STANGODE.
