In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). In the evening, various menu options are offered, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine. Themed evenings are organized during the week, such as the traditional Ladin dinner and a rich dessert buffet. Breakfast is mainly served buffet-style, with a wide selection of sweet and savory items, including fresh natural products and homemade delicacies.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren.
