This hike takes us to the Nature Park Puez - Odle, part of the Dolomites Unesco World Heritage.
We will walk alongside the majestic Puez Group, at the bottom of its peaks Cima Dodici, Capuziner and Piz Duleda.
Reaching Fontanacia at the end of the valley, we will be surrounded by th magical silence of the pale mountains.

We will return via the Medalges meadows, konwn for their colourful flora.

Get in the saddle with the instructors of the Bike School for an easy excursion on the slopes surrounding San Vigilio, from where you can enjoy the extraordinary autumn views, brightly colored by the foliage.
The route will take you along less-frequented roads, where you will discover old houses and historic farms, built in the traditional Ladin style.
To enjoy the experience at its best, and to make it accessible to everyone, we ask you to use an electric bike.

Would you like to learn more about the crunchy all-rounder apple? Then a guided apple tour through the orchards is just the thing for you. Our fruit farmer will accompany you and tell you everything you need to know about this diverse fruit. As a culinary conclusion, you can expect a tasting of delicious apples and apple juice. Where does the milk come from? How is a cow actually milked? And how is it fed? What all happens on the fascinating journey from the blade of grass to the finished cheese? And above all, what is it that makes organic cheese so special? Let farmerwoman Anna answer all these questions and learn more interesting information about the fascinating farm day, organic animal husbandry and the farm's sustainable vision. During a guided tour of the farm's own show dairy, farmerwoman Anna explains how the farm's own cheese is made and which varieties are produced. The ascent to Sas dla Para above the Fodara Vedla hut at 2,460 m offers a breathtaking view up to Cortina d’Ampezzo. Observe the shimmering roofs of the houses in the distance and experience the feeling of freedom, like the Alpine choughs dancing in the rhythm of the wind over your heads.

Together you will explore the habitats of red deer and chamois and learn to read the signs of nature. This tour offers more than just wildlife watching. The hunters share their knowledge about the tradition of hunting, which has been part of nature conservation since the 19th century. They explain how hunting helps to maintain the ecological balance and sustainably preserve our cultural landscape. After a quiet stroll through the awakening nature, a delicious breakfast awaits you. The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park also has a heart, and that is called Braies Lake. The Braies Lake is located in an untouched rock basin and is overlooked by the majestic Seekofel, it is also considered the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. To see it all, a walk of one and a half hours on the easy circular path is enough. For our spring special and autumn special, we offer you the opportunity to book a seat on the bus that will take you directly to Braies Lake. Here you will have the opportunity to hike and stroll on your own for a few hours before returning to San Vigilio.

Our guides are happy to accompany you with the road bike. Our beautiful Dolomites offer us a variety of possibilities. We have many passes to choose from, but also some beautiful secondary roads with less traffic during the high season. In our area, however, it is important to arrive with trained legs, because we are forced to pedal several climbs. Bike and helmet are not included.

From the Ladin Museum we set off together to discover SMACH Val dl'Ert (Art Valley), an open-air sculpture park which in 2023 has one of the special mentions in the National Landscape Award sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Culture. Along the path you will see more than 25 works of art set in an alpine forest, among the fir trees and pastures of a stretch of unspoilt nature. This is a permanent exhibition of sculptures acquired as a result of the SMACH art competition, the Dolomites Biennale. After the guided tour in the Val dl’Ert you can independently visit the Ladin Museum where you can immerse yourself in the history, culture and traditions of the Ladin people. As part of the "Schenna in blossom" series of events, the "Aperitivo lungo at Schenna Castle" will take place on 24 May. Visitors can enjoy castle charm and DJ beats with sparkling wine and delicious appetisers from the region from 5 to 9 pm. The entry is free.

The Bolzano Concert Association is one of the oldest music organisers in Tyrol. It goes back to the Bolzano Music Society, which has been instrumental in the musical development of Bolzano since 1855. Since its foundation in 1855, its aim has been to organise an annual season of first-class classical music concerts in Bolzano almost without interruption.

Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. From 26 to 28 May 2025, the new schenna e.motion event will be all about electric mobility and enjoyment. In addition to excursions with electric vehicles to the most beautiful places in South Tyrol, there will be a special supporting programme with an e-test and safety day in Bolzano, a tour of an e-plant, high-class enjoyment evenings and much more.

On the historical tour with Mrs Theresia, you will learn all kinds of interesting facts about the construction and special features of the legendary 13th century church. Did you know? From the church you have a unique view of Meran and the surrounding area.

Discover nature at its most impressive on a guided hike with nature park guide Arnold. The primeval larch trail takes you to the "Platter Urlärchen" - mighty trees that have characterised the valley for over a thousand years. Arnold shares his knowledge about these unique larches and the diverse flora and fauna of the surrounding area. How have these impressive witnesses of time survived for so long? You will find out on the tour. Over lunch together at the Platterwirt Inn, you can continue to discuss the fauna and flora. This exciting and eventful event at the Runster Mill, on the Sonnenberg mountain Naturns, fascinates young and old! Accompanied by a guide, you hike slightly uphill to the Runster mill in approx. 30 minutes. Exciting stories and legends about Naturns are told along the way. Franz Fliri and Walter Müller from the Naturns/Plaus local history association will be waiting for you at the mill. Franz will tell you about the Runster Mill and its history. If you like, you can also take some of the freshly ground flour home with you and bake your own bread rolls. Suitable for families with children aged 7 and over, in case of rain the event will be canceled. The tour is only in german language!

Did you know that many local plants are not only healthy, but also incredibly versatile? On the herb hike in Walten/Valtina, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of medicinal and wild plants. Herbalist Rosi will show you how the little treasures of nature can strengthen your health and promote your well-being. Which plant helps with minor ailments? Which leaves and flowers are perfect in the kitchen and conjure up delicious dishes? Together we will collect "wild herbs" and later transform them into delicious wild herb dishes with chef Siegi. By the end of the hike, you will not only have discovered the diversity of herbs, but also their practical applications for your life.
