Madhouse are five guys from the province of Modena who have been reinterpreting rock and hard rock songs from the '70s and '80s since 2007. They later began writing their own songs, which eventually led to the release of their first album 'Identity.' Powerful sounds and breathtaking guitar solos define a setlist composed of original tracks and cover versions of the most famous rock hits from the '80s.

Rise o’Clock is a young band from Alta Badia, consisting of five local musicians who express their passion for music through covers of their favorite artists and their own songs. Inspired by music legends such as Joe Cocker, Amy Winehouse, TOTO, and the Beatles, they blend rock and pop into a unique sound. A highlight of their journey was the release of their first single "I’m Gone," in spring 2024.

The painter Michael Ferner, the actor and songwriter Georg Clementi and the guitarist Ossy Pardeller have sworn off the youth craze and decided to be antique. In the course of their centuries-long lives, they meet Socrates, a young Hebrew who has become God, Christopher Columbus, Galileo Galilei, Friedrich Nietzsche and finally Putin, among others, and all of them reveal astonishing things to them. Clementi has adapted the clever text by the Italo-Swiss Ferruccio Cainero for himself and two friends, and together they create a crossover evening full of humour and wisdom. The adventure is exciting... and its end is uncertain. But after this entertaining treat, you will know a little more about God and the world, and although you will laugh heartily, you may also have an idea of why there is a war in Ukraine. From Naturno you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to Merano. From the Thermenplatz square, head eastwards through the Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. The longest giant slalom in Val Pusteria! Südtirol Helmissimo 3 Zinnen Dolomites is the name of the 4.5 km long giant slalom, which will be held for the 15th time on Saturday, 22 March 2025 in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski region on the Monte Elmo descent to Versciaco. The start is near the Monte Elmo mountain station at 2,030m and the finishing line at 1,125m at the Monte Elmo Versciaco valley station. The approx. 350 participants can inspect the route from 7 a.m. Start of the race is at 9 a.m. The award ceremony with subsequent prize draw will take place at 2 p.m. in the finishing area.

Sissi the Empress is the story of the restless and tormented life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. The text unfolds in various pictures, each of which examines certain aspects of the Empress's character and thinking: from philosophy to sex, from politics to art. The general portrait that gradually emerges reveals a woman as non-conformist as she was deeply frustrated by the rigidity and ruthlessness of the Viennese Court, but also the great poetry and desire for freedom of a creature who considered herself eternally ‘locked in a cage’. Anorexic, eternally mourning the absurd deaths of two of her children, she developed a sensitivity that was at once sorrowful and angry, but anything but abstract, in fact also directed towards the most delicate social issues: from the suffering of ethnic minorities to the abuses suffered by the proletariat. Anti-imperialist and disgusted by the atrocities of the wars raging around her, Sissi maniacally devotes herself to the care of her body, a barrier against the sense of death hovering around her. Prophetess of the imminent collapse of the Habsburg Empire, Sissi shows us that world as a paradigm of our world, Empress in spite of herself, but an unrepeatable woman whose wounded sensibility speaks to all of us, to our wounds. Eric Mingus (USA): ‘Guitar & vocals’ A New Yorker, son of the legendary jazz musician Charles, Eric Mingus was born in 1964 and took his first steps as a teenager with the poetry of Langston Hughes and T.S. Eliot, and collaborating in plays. As a young man, he was an amateur boxer and trained with Floyd Patterson. In the music world during the 1980s, he accompanied Bobby McFerrin, Karen Mantler and Carla Bley on tour. His compositions range stylistically between blues, rock and jazz; he has also written music for films, for three documentaries and for his own personal projects. His latest recordings are truly enlightening and energising. Roots, soul, blues, jazz, rock; gospels flirting with rhythm'n blues... subtle and powerful! Not to be missed! Do you want to be more secure and confident on forest roads and simple trails? Then the standardized riding technique training of the South Tyrolean bike schools is just right for you! In the basic course, you will learn everything important about bike knowledge, bike fitting, shifting, braking, control of slow curves, the correct position for up and downhill, and balance. The themes are conveyed through methodically processed exercises and completing the course will then also allow you to participate in all "orange" tours (medium difficulty) of the South Tyrolean bike guides.

We are pleased to inform you that the final of the Gran Premio Giovanissimi will take place again in Val Gardena in the coming winter season. After 2011, the final races are now returning and will take place this year from 25 to 28 March 2025. The Gran Premio Giovanissimi Kinder Joy of Moving is the most important ski competition for pupils from Italian ski schools aged 7 to 12. Every year, over 50,000 young athletes take part in more than 250 giant slalom races organised by the local and regional offices of the AMSI (Associazione Maestri Sci Italiani). The highlight is a grand national final with competitions in the disciplines of giant slalom, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. Sponsored by the AMSI, the Gran Premio Giovanissimi is the most eagerly awaited event for young ski talents. Each year, the final is held in a different ski resort to celebrate the Giovanissimi Italian Champions - the most promising young athletes in Italian skiing. For over 40 years, this record-breaking event has been inspiring spectators with its unique mix of sporting competition and emotional atmosphere.
