Our downhill basic technique training in the bike park at Kronplatz is the ideal introduction to the exciting world of downhill mountain biking. In this course, participants learn the fundamentals of riding technique, including correct body positioning, line selection, and how to safely master steep slopes. Under the guidance of experienced technical guides, participants can improve their skills and enjoy the adrenaline of downhill riding in a breathtaking environment. A prerequisite for this course is participation in the basic technique training or already having mastered MTB basic techniques. Experience the unique ambiance of Long Wednesday in St. Michael | Eppan, where merchants and restaurateurs invite you to the center of St. Michael | Eppan every Wednesday in July and August. Experience the new suspension bridge over the Marterloch! Our shuttle will take you (advance booking via www.jenesien.net or at the Jenesien tourist office is obligatory/special journeys on request) very close by - from there it's only a 10-minute walk to the spectacular view at a height of 130 metres over a length of 272 metres. A feeling almost as spectacular as flying!

Our hiking guide leads you along the slopes of the Stelvio National Park from Prad to Lichtenberg. Slightly above the valley floor, you will be accompanied by impressive views and cultural insights on your way to the farm at the castle. The Archeopark Villanders is a fascinating archaeological site located at Plunacker, where remains from the Stone Age, Copper Age, Bronze Age, and Roman period have been discovered. Particularly impressive are the prehistoric settlement traces and burial sites, which show that people lived here over 7,000 years ago. The earliest settlement traces are illustrated through the reconstruction of typical buildings and their furnishings from each respective era. The new structures represent a Mesolithic dwelling, a Neolithic hut, and a Rhaetian house.

Alma Mahler welcomes you The composition house in Carbonin Vecchia reopens its doors in the summer months....with a very special hostess Anyone who cultivates a passion for culture and music knows that Dobbiaco holds a treasure trove. Lying on a meadow overlooking the village and the entire valley, close to the forest towards Pian di Maia, is a small, simple wooden building. The building at first glance appears very modest, but stands proud and aware of its incredible significance and history. Between those planks, in fact, the famous Bohemian composer Gustav Mahler, accompanied by his beloved Alma, between the summers of 1908 and 1910, found peace and inspiration to compose some of his most beautiful and important symphonies, among them 'Das Lied von der Erde' (The Song of the Earth). After careful restoration, the composition house at the Trenkerhof finally reopens its doors to all those who want to breathe in the history and atmosphere of the Belle Epoque. During the summer months of July and August, every Wednesday and every Friday from 3 to 5 p.m., in collaboration with the Santer Family, owner of the cultural asset, every visitor will have the chance to step back in time and breathe in the magic of those places and the surrounding nature. They will be welcomed by a very special hostess... Alma, the composer's beloved companion until her death in 1911, herself an eclectic and important figure in the history of world culture, who will make the visit even more special with stories and anecdotes.
