Tour Description: After ascending with the cable car from Tiers, we begin our hike at the Frommeralm hut. We hike past the Niger Pass and take trail No. 1 towards Schillerhof. Before reaching it, we turn towards Hagneralm hut and continue on to Jocherhof. After a lunch break, we return to the starting point via Nigertal valley. Ortler SnowKids The unique SnowKids-week organised by the Sulden ski school & cable cars in collaboration with the Ortler holiday region offers a fantastic opportunity for children to learn to ski or improve their skills on the slopes. This special week is designed to offer children a fun and educational experience on the slopes. Experienced ski instructors and supervisors look after the little skiers to help them develop their skills while having fun on the slopes. In addition to skiing, the children can expect a great programme also awaits them off the slopes.

The traditional Brenner market takes place every 5th and 20th of the month throughout the year. If this day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, then the market takes place on Saturday before. At the market stalls many different interesting things, such as clothing, utensils and goodies for snacking are waiting. The market takes place every summer from 8.30 to 14.30 During the winter months, it opens from 9.00 to 14:00

A cold, starry January is making its way into the heart of winter, and a magic can be felt in the air. The children are excited and full of enthusiasm, because they know that this evening will be special. It is the evening of the meeting with the "poscignara", the Ladin Befana! After her arrival, the Befana begins to distribute her gifts, taking small packages from her bag and handing them out to the children. The farmwomen from La Val will be delighted to treat you with specialties from the Ladin tradition!

Experience the tradition of the "Donacia" and the Three Kings at the Christmas market in Corvara, a Ladin tradition that is still preserved today! The Donacia, the Ladin Befana and an old witch, comes with a large broom to sweep away the old year and drive out evil spirits. For the children who have behaved well, she brings a sweet surprise! She is accompanied by the Three Kings, Caspar, Melchior, and Balthasar, who visit the Baby Jesus and honor him with songs, gold, frankincense, and myrrh. These ancient traditions, full of songs, gifts, and rituals, make the Epiphany a special moment you won't want to miss.

Christmas in Brixen ends with the arrival of the long-awaited Befana on the cathedral square, followed by the Three Kings and a procession with over sixty costumed performers.

Every Wednesday evening in January and February, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the ice rink in Gossensass transforms into a glittering sheet of ice for night owls. Enjoy the special experience of gliding across the ice to music and sparkling lights.

We propose cooking lessons based on simple ingredients. You can learn about our traditional Ladin cooking linked to local traditions. In a few hours, you can learn to cook and finally enjoy some Ladin specialities. The cook speaks Italian and German. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

Discover the winter idyll of the Carezza ski area with a snowshoe hike under the impressive rock walls of the Rosengarten – a winter experience that will enchant you. Tour Description: After ascending with the cable car from Tiers, we take the public bus to bus stop Kaiserstein, where we start our hike. The first part of the hike leads us initially downhill to the hotel Moseralm and then uphill across the Kölblegg-Frin meadows to Kuregg, below the Kölner Hütte at 2,000 m. After a short descent, we reach the Messnerjoch alpine hut, where we take a lunch break. The subsequent descent leads us back to the Tiers cable car. Guided snowshoe hike in an impressive snowy landscape, perfectly suited for active beginners and those seeking peace and quiet. The shuttle service takes you to the starting point. The route is easy and without any technical difficulties, but allows you to approach hiking in fresh snow, a wonderful way to connect with winter nature. This unforgettable ski tour takes you to the heart of the Dolomites, where breathtaking nature and sporting challenge meet. We start directly from Tiers, where the panoramic cable car will take us to higher elevations. From there, we ski along the following route: from Tiers to Karer Pass, then by ski bus to Buffaure. Passing through Belvedere, we reach Sellajoch before descending to St. Christina. From there, we take the train to Seceda, continuing through St. Ulrich to the majestic Seiser Alm. Our experienced and local ski guides will accompany you safely along the route, offering spectacular views of the majestic Dolomites and the picturesque regions of Eggental, Val di Fassa, Val Gardena, and Seiser Alm. The Rosengarten Ronda is a demanding tour, intended only for experienced skiers who confidently handle black slopes.

The hour of birth of the alphorn is and will probably remain unknown. When we talk about an "alphorn" today, we mean a long, straight wooden horn bent at the bottom. For centuries, horn instruments of different materials and shapes have been made and played on all continents.

As early as the 16th century, the alphorn served not only as a call and signal horn, but also as a toy for alpine shepherds and has become firmly stablished in the Alpine region in recent decades, with its own style of playing and dialect.
