The church of St Veit stands on the Tartscher Bühel hill. The Romanesque church from the 11th century houses frescoes inside, some of which are badly damaged. The entire west wall is filled with a cycle of paintings (fragments) dating from the 16th century.

The starting point of this mountain tour with the Catores guides and with a special view is the Alpe Resciesa, which can be reached by funicular from Ortisei. From the top station, the hiking trail in the Puez-Odle Nature Park first leads to the summit cross on the outer Resciesa, where you can admire an impressive panorama. On path no.35 you reach the Ramitzler hut: here the panorama - with a view of the Seiser Alm, the Sassolungo Group and the Valle Isarco - is simply breathtaking. Then it goes down to S. Pietro, from where you take the public bus back to Ortisei.

The guided via ferrata tour on the small Cir peak is a unique experience for beginners aged 10 and up. On the tour you climb over some of the most impressive rock formations in the region and overcome some short but challenging passages. Helmut Kostner explains how to climb and shows you how to get safely over the rock faces. You will also receive valuable tips on equipment and safety.
Throughout the day, the mountain guide will ensure that you are safe and protected on the way.
Guided hike to the outdoor Museum "Anderter Alpe" at Rotwand / Croda Rossa
It was the scene of a lot of events during World War I. Today it ist possible to see shelters, trenches and trenches along the path.
Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.
The e-bike tour starts in Monguelfo and leads along the idyllic Val Casies Valley cycle route to S. Martino. Along the route, there are various access points. The route leads past the charming Kahnwirt and Kircherwirt inns before climbing up the alpine path to the Versellalm and on to the Tolderhütte hut. A particular highlight are the extensive, carefully tended alpine pastures, which can be explored during a guided tour. These alpine pastures have been extensively enhanced: new fences were installed, and about a dozen old barns were faithfully restored or rebuilt in their original design using traditional materials. Starting from Laion, the taxi takes us through the Val Gardena to the Sella Pass (2,180m). The hike begins with a steady climb up to the Toni Demetz mountain hut (2,681m). Adventurous people can also take the gondola to the hut (ticket not included).
At the top, we enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding mountains before descending to the Rifugio Vicenza hut (2,253m). After a lunch break, we continue the hike, always downhill, to Monte Pana (1,637m).

Together with our mountain guide Manuel we will start our crossing of the Prags Dolomites from the Brunst Alp. After an hour of hiking we will reach the start of the fixed rope route, where Manuel will give us a short introduction to the equipment. As soon as the climbing harness is properly fastened and the helmet is on, we will start our adventure. After a breathtaking, beautiful climb of difficulty level A (easy) we will reach the exit. If time permits, we will climb up to the summit cross at the Hochalpenkopf and enjoy the spectacular panorama in the middle of the Dolomites, with views of the Prags Dolomites, the Rieserferner and the Zillertal Alps. After a short rest we will descend step by step to the Pragser Wildsee Lake and let the day end comfortably.We will return to Olang by bus and by train and we will look up to the mastered summit with amazement.

After taking the Tiers cable car to the Frommer Alm mountain hut and the König Laurin 1+2 cable cars to the Kölner mountain hut, our hike begins. The ascent from the Hirzelsteig to the Vajolon Pass (2,560 m) is steep but relatively short. A short iron ladder helps us to overcome the rocks. We then descend to the Rotwand hut, where we take a break. We then follow the high trail past the Christomannos monument to the Paolina hut. From here we take the lifts and the bus back to our starting point in St. Cyprian.

From the parking lot in the village Obertelfes (1,300 m), follow trail no. 5 to the Freundalm alpine hut (1,735 m). Continue along trail no. 5 and then switch to trail no. 6, which becomes steeper, leading to the Ochsenscharte. From there, trail no. 23 takes you across rocky terrain to a ridge, where a short chimney section with a rope-assisted passage (note: this is not a via ferrata) brings you to the summit of Telfer Weißen (2,588 m). From the top, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ridnauntal Valley and the surrounding mountain ranges.
The return route mostly follows the same path, with a short detour to the Ochsenalm and Kuhalm alpine huts, where you’ll find opportunities to stop for food and rest. Trails 5B and 5 then lead back to the parking lot.
