Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a farmer with passion. On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After a short tour of the farm we cook together various types of dumplings with the farm products. Finally, we taste together the dumplings. All participants will receive the recipes of the South Tyrolean specialities to take home. Join us to discover the curiosities of our Ladin culture and tradition, walking through the 'Viles', the hamlets of our valley. Together with an experienced hiking guide, you will start your tour at Monte Pana, where a chairlift will take you to the idyllic Mont Sëura alpine meadow, nestled below the imposing Langkofel. As the sun slowly sets behind the striking peaks of the Dolomites, the Alpenglow bathes the rugged rock faces in glowing shades of red and gold. -- Jita cun la ciaspes sun Sëurasas -- Snowshoeing provides an unforgettable experience away from lifts and slopes, in a pure and natural landscape. After reaching the starting point Cristauta car park by bus, the ascent to the peaceful and unspoilt Alpe Sëurasas starts. If you are not yet tired, you can continue to the summit cross and enjoy the spectacular view. The way back is via the new 'Troi de Frëines' to the valley station of the Col Raiser cabin lift. _____ Meeting point: Tourist Office S. This adventure will be the start of an amazing day on the slopes, where you will leave the first marks on the freshly groomed slopes. A professional ski instructor of the ski school Ortisei will join you on your first ride of the day, giving you valuable tips and advices to further enhance your skiing technique, while skiing down the famous pista “Longia”, a 10km long ski slope at Seceda. And that is not everything: a rich breakfast will await you at the Val d’Anna cabin.

Snowshoe tour along the crest of Rasciesa in direction Brogles to the hut Geisleralm. Stopover at the hut followed by a joint toboggan run down to St.Magdalena/Ranui. Arrival by cab via Val Gardena to Ortisei to the valley station Rasciesa (1.304m). Our tour begins with the ride of the funicular (fee required) to the Rasciesa (2163m). From the top station, take trail no. 35, to the Brogles Hut (2054m). Behind the hut the path joins the Adolf Munkel path, which was built as early as 1905. You walk at the foot of the Sas Rigais until you finally reach the Geisler Alm (1996m) via the 34 path. After a comfortable break, the descent by a toboggan (for a fee) or by foot (by arrangement) follows via the 34 path to Ranui (1350m). Here the cab is already waiting to take us back to Lajen. After the hike with touring skis or snowshoes, a warming wood-burning oven awaits you in the Maseben mountain hut, which provides cosy warmth at 2,267 metres and the kitchen team will spoil you with culinary delicacies.

Ganze to the stars with us! Every Thursday (depending on the weather) a stargazing tour takes place at the Maseben mountain hut. The Maseben mountain hut can be reached after a two-hour hike with an elevation gain of 400 meters, where we strenghen ourselfes with a dinner and a drink. Afterwards, the star guides will introduce you to the world of the night sky through the telescopes.

Taufers Castle - the largest castle complex in the province of South Tyrol. Once a week you can walk with lanterns through the winter night landscape up to the mighty walls and let their medieval flair take effect - inside and outside. An inspiring tour (in German or Italian language) with interesting details from history and present, from the Middle Ages and modern times. Followed by a warming up with mulled wine & biscuits.

Ski tour for beginners and slightly advanced skiers accompanied by a mountain guide. Descent on skis from the mountain station Grawand to an altitude of around 2,700 meters. From this point you start the ascent in the open terrain, which, depending on the conditions, brings the group to 3,100 m (glacier terrain). After a short rest, a descent in soft powder awaits you. The prepared valley run takes you back to the starting point of the tour to Maso Corto/Kurzras. In the case of bad weather, the tour will start from Maso Corto/Kurzras.
