About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. In the centre of the diocesan city of Brixen, under the arches, stands the townhouse of the Hotel Fink, due to be refurbished in the coming months. Uncovering the historic structure and respectfully renovating the old oriels and frescoes will create space in order to revive the building’s original character. The nine suites, restaurant and spa, all lovingly furnished in a clear and purist style, underline the townhouse’s cloistered atmosphere. The fink restaurant and suites will be ready to welcome you from June 2023

In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.

Café Millennium is located in the heart of Brixen, right on the historic cathedral square. It is a modern meeting place with a stylish ambience and a view of the imposing cathedral. recently opened, the Bar Thaler in the Alte Marktgasse in Brixen has already acquired a mega reputation. An absolute meeting place for everyone. Be it in the morning for coffee or in the evening for a toast with the fresh aperitif creations. There is also a large selection of different Gin&Tonic's. You will certainly find a reason to visit the restaurant sooner or later.

We serve a combination of regional specialties and Mediterranean cuisine complemented by fine wines from the Isarco Valley. Special group menus (55 seats) are available on request. Our pizzeria, the first of its kind in Bressanone since 1968, is open 6pm to 11pm. Closed on mondays.

Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine.
