Our restaurant in the centre of Termeno offers an elegant ambience to feel comfortable in. We serve special culinary creations to ensure your enjoyment and a good glass of wine to put you into the right mood. The restaurant Goldene Traube is opened daily.

The Bergl Hut is located at an altitude of 2,188 m below the Pleisshorngrat of the Ortler, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It is accessible in about 1.5 hours from the Holy Three Fountains in Trafoi via trail No. 18. The Bergl Hut is situated directly across from the second-highest mountain pass road in the Alps, the Stelvio Pass, and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks, the stunning alpine landscape, and the Stelvio Pass road with its 48 hairpin turns. The hut delights its guests with a selection of regional specialties. Here, hikers can enjoy hearty dishes such as dumplings, speck platters, and pasta dishes made with local ingredients. Sweet temptations like apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are also a must. The Bergl Hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours, such as to the Payer Hut or further on to the Ortler, the highest mountain in the Eastern Alps.

The bistro „Zum Lampl“ with beautiful large windows is a popular meeting place for guests and locals – summer and winter. Treat yourself to a little timeout in our inviting hotel bar and watch the busy bees on the village square of Castelrotto/Kastelruth. Despite its central location the bar offers a peaceful setting with quiet corners as well as a place in the sun on the terrace or right by the windows. Indulge here in one of the culinary delicacies and sample our assortment of coffee specialties, exclusive ice cream, homemade cake and fresh snacks, aperitifs, selected wines and our lunch menu. And in the evening, it is only a stone’s throw to the restaurant where we will pamper you by the book with our multicourse gourmet menu.

The name Mauriz was already mentioned in 1752 in a sales agreement. At that time, the Mauriz was used as a stable of the inn Morizen “Mauriz”, which belonged to the Sanoner family. Josef Anton Sanoner emigrated to France and came back only at the beginning of 1810. He bought the whole estate and called the inn “Adler”. In 1903 Johann Babtist Sanoner enlarged the inn and added walls to the wooden building. In the stable, which had beautiful cross vaults, there were many horses, which were used by the guests for riding tours and for coach tours. In 1985 a part of the wooden scaffolding of the interior construction and the old cross vaults, under which you are sitting now, were saved from demolition. The old wood was used for the interior decoration of the disco “Mauriz”. We have rented the building in 2003 and, with a lot of effort and particular attention to detail, have turned it into the restaurant and pizzeria Maurizkeller. Finailhof farm, at an altitude of 1973 m above sea level and with a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks and of Vernagt Lake, is steeped in history. In 1416, the farmer at Finailhof farm apparently provided refuge to Duke Friedrich IV who was on the run with not a penny in his pocket, allowing him to work as a farm hand tending the sheep. The Duke’s beaker and cutlery are still on display at the farm today. Finailhof farm can be reached on foot along several different trails and is also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to spoil you with our traditional Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine made mainly from our own home-grown produce and served on our sun terrace with its panoramic view. We are open seven days a week all year round (please book in advance for evenings and in the winter months).

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

Welcome to the Sonnenhof! A sunny and cosy Waalweg hike through chestnut groves and mixed forests takes you from Tschars in the direction of Juval Castle to the Sonnenhof. Modern terrace café, where you will find ice-cream, little snacks like toast, baguettes and pizzas, croissants and cakes, also as bottled beers, wines from the territory and various cocktails.

At lunch and dinner, we offer traditional Alpine and Mediterranean dishes made from seasonal ingredients. In the afternoon, we serve homemade cakes, coffee, and light dishes. All in an exceptional setting: inside or outside on the terrace, with a view over the entire Adige Valley, the surrounding mountain peaks, and the vineyards.

Our kitchen offers a typical South Tyrolean menu. You can taste the well-known Knödel, the homemade Schlutzkrapfen (South Tyrolean ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach) or the famous Spätzle. For meat lovers, we offer a menu based on local wild game.
