From Klausen to Brixen

This easy family tour begins at the market place in Klausen (parking area nearby) near the north entrance to the town. The cycle path runs directly from here. Head north, mostly along the Eisack, right into Brixen town centre. When you get to the Adlerbrückengasse in Brixen, turn left towards the town centre and on the Domplatz square. Brixen has a wealth of art and architecture, and a good walk through the town is a must. One absolute must-see is the Diocesan museum in the Hofburg castle, which houses countless artistic treasures.
