Itinerary
From the parking lot Zans on trail No. 6 across the Malga Ciancenon to Kreuzjoch/Forcella Furcia. From here continue west to Nieves Scharte/Forcella della Roa passing a path with steep serpentines. At this point follow the via ferrata to the left leading to Nivesscharte/ Forcella Nives. The route does not require climbing, only ascent; it is belayed, but assumes sure-footedness because of the rather friable rock. A ladder allows climbing over a rocky step to reach the Forcella Nives. The ascent to the summit is no more difficult. Descent as ascent.
