The Dolorama Long-Distance Trail is a varied multi-day hike through South Tyrol’s mountain landscape. The route is suitable for hikers who want to experience the Dolomites and traditional alpine life.
The Dolorama Trail takes you through the landscape of the Rodenecker-Lüsner Alm to Lajen in four stages. The route follows gentle ups and downs while gradually gaining elevation and offers continuous views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous alpine huts along the way provide refreshment stops and overnight accommodation.
The tour gives you an insight into alpine farming as well as South Tyrolean life and traditions. You can conveniently return by public transport.
