The jogging route from Oberrasen to Antholz Niedertal is an easy and almost completely flat running route connecting the two villages. It follows pleasant paths for most of the way along the Antholz stream and through the open valley landscape.
Thanks to the minimal elevation gain, the route is ideal for easy runs, beginners, and recovery training sessions. The combination of water, meadows, and the surrounding mountain scenery creates an especially enjoyable running experience.
The starting point is Oberrasen.
From there, the route follows well-maintained paths towards Antholz Niedertal. The trail runs mainly alongside the Antholz stream and through the open valley landscape.
The flat profile allows for a comfortable running pace and is ideal for relaxed training sessions.
The return follows the same route or one of the parallel paths along the stream back to Oberrasen.
From the Pustertal road, turn into the Antholz Valley and drive to Oberrasen.
