This hiking tour can be found in the family hiking booklet “Out and About with Nix the Witch”.
Itinerary
Legend tells that one day many, many years ago, Warlock Kachler Hans, overcome by a fit of rage, hurled the tonne-heavy boulder (called Tschon Stoan in german) from the top of the Schlern mountain all the way down to Seiser Alm. Hike onwards to the fork for the Steger-Dellai, up trail no. 6b and onwards, on trail no. 6, towards Panorama and Spitzbühl. As you hike, you will pass numerous huts where you can stop off for a break. Just before you come to Spitzbühl, trail no. 10 branches off to the right and leads you along a gentle descent back to your starting point.
Refreshment stop along the hiking trail. Pram-friendly.
The Seiser Alm Cable Car is easily and comfortably accessible by public transport. Please check the bus services and timetables on the website: www.seiseralm.it/bus
