To celebrate the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, from February 9 to February 20 we offer a unique culinary adventure: Wine Tour Trentino Alto Adige.

Wine Tour GOLD:

A genuine high-altitude delight, set in the very heart of the Dolomites. In a welcoming mountain dairy, guests will enjoy a guided tour to learn about cheese production, followed by a tasting of selected local cheeses led by flavour experts. Two wines – one from Trentino and one from South Tyrol – will accompany the tasting, chosen to create an authentic harmony of mountain flavours.

Experience the fascinating history of Gewürztraminer through exhibits and explanations.
You will also see probably the largest G’würzer exhibition and a short film about viticulture in the past.
At the end, you will taste Gewürztraminer from overseas, Europe, and Tramin.

Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. A minimum of 4 participants is required. Meeting point is directly at the Kalterer Moos farm No. 16, Pomaria Court, after the Moos Bar (gas station towards Auer) 20 meters. An exclusive and comprehensive experience. Starting at a winery set in a breathtaking landscape where vineyards stretch across rolling hills and mountains, participants will discover the secrets of local winemaking and taste the estate’s most representative wines, introduced by expert sommeliers.
The tour continues along the Alto Adige Wine Road with a visit to an architecturally unique winery where design, innovation and tradition blend seamlessly. Here, participants can savour wines that tell the story and character of this land in an extraordinary setting.
A lunch follows in a charming winery in the Rotaliana Plain, where Teroldego Rotaliano rests and develops its deep and distinctive character. After lunch, another cellar visit is included.
In the afternoon, the final stop takes place in the Cembra Valley, where unique vineyards climb steep dry-stone terraces to produce fresh Müller Thurgau and mineral, vertical Trentodoc wines – tasted in one of the valley’s welcoming wineries.

Carriage ride with "Pferdemayer" through vineyards and apple fields around Tramin. Stop in a local winery, in a distillery with tastings and Coffee stop. Duration 90 minutes. Visit the Ritterhof Estate on Wine Road No. 1. A cellar tour with a guided tasting of three wines in the barrique cellar and expert advice will help you start the week off right. Duration approx. 1.5 hours.

Experience the special charm of a night hike around Tramin. Equipped with headlamps, we explore trails and paths that reveal their own unique appeal in the clear winter and spring air. The light of the lamps guides us and highlights interesting details often overlooked in daylight. Along the way, you’ll learn fascinating facts about nature, history, and the little secrets of the area. A blend of activity, relaxation, and discovery.

In German language. From end of march til Mid August. First discover the old and new cellars of the Terlan winery, founded in 1893, see how the wine is made and how the bottles are bottled. Afterwards you can taste: there are four Terlan wines to enjoy. Cost: € 30 (€ 15 when only guided tour is booked) Please book at the tourist office by Thursday, midday. It is strictly forbidden to bring animals, regardless of their species, for viewing and tasting.

An exploratory wine tour through Bolzano

Would you like to experience Bolzano from its most indulgent side? On our wine tour “Bolzano, the Wine City”, you’ll not only learn why wine has played such an important role here for centuries, but also discover fascinating insights about the city and its history.
Starting from Kornplatz, you’ll stroll through the old town to a nearby winery, easily reachable on foot. Along the way, you’ll gain interesting perspectives on Bolzano’s culture, architecture, and traditions. At the winery, you’ll enjoy an engaging tour of the estate, followed by a tasting of selected wines.
After the tasting, the group will return together to the city center. The tour lasts approximately three hours and is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Bolzano in a delicious and unique way.

Guided tour of the Terlan's wine path. You will hear (only in German language) about the history of winegrowing, the vineyard plots, the varieties, the vine-training systems, and the estates and mansions you will encounter on the path. Space: 2 hours. Participation is free of charge. Registration required at the Terlan Tourist Office.

The WineSafari is an unforgettable wine culture experience in search of fine wines. THE ITINERARY - The adventure begins with a guided tour in a sparkling wine cellar followed by a tasting. - The excitement continues in the vineyard with a guided tour and tasting. - The search for traces makes you hungry, so a leisurely lunch with wine accompaniment follows to provide plenty of energy. - a visit to a winery with a cellar tour and tasting introduces the afternoon. - a glass of wine/distillate and small snacks in a wine shop, winery, or distillery (takes place after the winery visit). A shuttle bus will pick you up in the morning and take you home in the evening.
