We start the tour with a cultural village excursion. During this cultural tour, participants receive informative tips about Algund and its surroundings, interesting facts about St. Joseph's church, the Maria Steinach monastery and the history of Algund. At the beginning of July, the Val Senales will host the international bow-making symposium. On five afternoons, the organizers invite you to live demonstrations at the archeoParc archery range. At the same time, anyone who is interested can peek over the shoulder of the bow makers at work in the “Open Workshop”.

Together with the herb fairy Tamara you will get to know different herbs and their effects and enchant them with various recipes for products: creams, ointments, tinctures, juice, salt,.... She will share her knowledge about different herbs with you and will be happy to answer all your herbal questions! In the end you will be rich in various recipes and homemade herbal products. In his presentation "Magical Dolomites", Fabian Dalpiaz presents a selection of his most beautiful and magical photographs and short films that bring the magic of the Dolomites to life. He will tell you what is so special about his work and how he made it all the way to London and Florida with his photographs of the starry sky above the Dolomites. The event will be presented in German and Italian. No registration is required to attend the presentation. Admission is free. Admission is from 20:30 to 21:00. A special event: screening of the documentary Supermaratona – an emotional journey through effort, passion, and mountains, told through the authentic perspective of Hervé Barmasse, who will be present to share his experience. A documentary film was made last fall for the 50th anniversary of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. The 30-minute film not only captivates with breathtaking landscape shots, it also tells about the mountain refuges, the agriculture, geology and the people who live and work in the nature park.

The night sky has fascinated humans since ancient times. With an expert eye you can discover many things about stars, planets and constellations. Julian, an astronomy enthusiast, takes us with him during this night observation taking advantage of the total darkness to admire the beauty of the universe.

“LATEMAR – Wild Beauty” Multivision presentation by Valentin Pardeller The Latemar is a striking mountain group on the edge of the Dolomites, known for its wild beauty, unique geology, and cultural richness. In this immersive multivision presentation, Valentin Pardeller captures the essence of this remarkable region through powerful imagery. The story begins with the geological origins of the Latemar, once a coral reef, and explores the old mining tunnels that tell of a long-forgotten past. The Latemar's role as a linguistic boundary is highlighted, along with its dramatic rock formations and distinctive alpine flora. The forest of Latemar is presented as a source of fine tonewood for musical instruments. Finally, the legend of the mermaid of Lake Carezza adds a touch of mystery to this breathtaking landscape. When walking in nature with your eyes open, you will find lots of materials that can be used to create surprising things. In the small workshop in the centre of Ortisei, pebbles, moss, seeds, wood, leaves, pinecones, and other natural materials are used to build small works of art together with the children. Thanks to this workshop the creations can be taken home and remind even after the holidays what great things can be made with such simple materials and a little imagination. During the workshop we build together a new home for useful insects made of natural materials. All children are welcome to participate. The price will be 15,00€ - 20,00€.

The StilZ Festival is a cultural festival that takes place in typical village locations in Stilfs, curated by Manfred Schweigkofler and supported by engaged citizens. The name is a tribute to the village name as used by the locals of Stilfs. In the second edition of the StilZ Festival, the focus is on the identity of Stilfs. It revolves around the question "Who are we?" and engages with the self and interaction with residents. It is primarily the fountain squares and winding alleyways that act as waterways and lifelines through the village — a natural stage for artistic performances. The village identity serves as inspiration, just as the genius loci of the village does. Stilfs invites artists and guests to be impressed by its unique verticality.

These handwritten pages belong to a man who signs as Onesto and tells the dramatic story of his life: his relationship with his twin brother Santo, his encounter with Celeste, war, death, and an unspoken love. Discover their daily work up close by visiting a fire station, where you can observe emergency vehicles, state-of-the-art equipment, and the strategies used to ensure the safety of the community. Through stories from the members of the San Cassiano fire brigade, you will learn about their activities throughout the year and the challenges firefighters face every day, from rescue operations to fire-fighting and civil protection interventions (in Italian language).
