The Light & Music Show in the Bishop's Palace in Brixen
A winter fairy tale on a magical canvas
If the walls and winding alleys of a town as steeped in history as Brixen, the oldest town in the Tyrol, could speak, what would they say? A new, captivating winter tale awaits at the Light and Music Show for UNICEF "OOPS 2" from the 26th of November 2026 to 9th of January 2027 with music by Giorgio Moroder, when the arcaded facades in the courtyard of the Bishop's Palace in Brixen will be transformed into a magical canvas. Following its Gold Award at the 2026 Eventex Awards, one of the world's leading accolades for events and immersive experiences, the story of Oops continues. It’s a mesmerizing experience for both young and old, inviting everyone to dive into another world with music, live singing, and vibrant animated video projections.
All this takes place in one of the most important architectural monuments in South Tyrol: from the 13th century until 1973, the influential prince-bishops of Brixen resided in the magnificent Bishop's Palace of Brixen, which today houses the Diözesanmuseum.
