Ingredients

4 servings

    Variant 1:Apple-carrot-lime smoothie

    • 50 g carrots
    • 2 South Tyrolean Apples PGI (Golden Delicious)
    • 100 ml natural yoghurt with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
    • some mint
    • 2 limes
    • sunflower seeds

    Variant 2:Apple-spinach-orange smoothie

    • 50 g spinach
    • 2 South Tyrolean Apples PGI (Granny Smith)
    • 3 oranges
    • 100 ml natural yoghurt with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
    • some mint
    • 2 limes
    • sunflower seeds

    Variant 3: Apple-beetroot-orange smoothie

    • 4 beetroots with South Tyrolean seal of quality
    • 2 South Tyrolean Apples PGI (Granny Smith)
    • 3 oranges
    • 100 ml natural yoghurt with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
    • some mint
    • 2 limes
    • sunflower seeds

    Variant 4: Apple-cucumber-tomato smoothie

    • 30 g cucumbers
    • 30 g tomatoes
    • 2 South Tyrolean Apples PGI (Gala)
    • 100 ml natural yoghurt with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
    • some mint
    • 2 limes
    • sunflower seeds

Preparation

Time to prepare: 1 h

Wash, peel and deseed the smoothie ingredients. Put them through the juicer along with mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.

To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.
