In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

Bottega del Caffè Dersut - typical Italian traditional coffee shop Our specialty is our coffee. We offer our hot and cold coffee. A hot specialty for example is our Coffee Nutè - a coffee with Nutella. With our offers of cold coffee our customers love Coffee Orange and Coffee Amaretto. 3 distinct blends to taste including dewaxed or 100% Arabica. We also have the sale of coffee. Seasonal juices like Dissetante and traditional ones like Energy. Fresh citrus juices. Of course we have aperitifs such as Rudy Spritz, Hugo, Pomegranate Spritz, Peach Melba Spritz and selected white and red wines. To eat we offer yoghurt produced in the area with Müsli and fruit, croissants that follow the customers' tastes and small dishes for the small hunger, ice cream cups and fresh cakes every day.

Insider tip for beer fans! Beer as far as the eye can see! This charming establishment in the middle of the old town surprises with its cosy terrace flair, live bands in the evening, unusual drinks and hand-made snacks. But even more with the variety-packed beer menu, the “3fiori Beer Times”. The constantly changing but always more than 70 different types of beer are presented in this ensuring that there is something to suit all tastes from all over the world! Draught Guinness for Irish fans, Batzen-Bräu for local beer lovers, Belgian Trappist beer, IPAs, American Porter, sour beers… to mention just a few. Anyone who has already worked their way through the menu or is looking for a change, can find a special tipple time and again with the “beer of the week”. The beer tastings in the sitting room atmosphere with hip beer sommeliers who provide exciting information and news from the brewing kettle are extremely popular.

Almatosa Pastry Shop, handcrafted sweets made with natural ingredients. In November 2008 we opened our coffee shop. In 2011 we expanded the café and simultaneously opened our pastry shop. Now we have created a great team of pastry chefs who conjure up delicious cakes and fresh pastries every day. About 500 labels - good wines from the Eisack Valley, South Tyrol, Italy and the entire world are stored on the shelves and decorate the wine bar. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

Koefererhof's tiny 5 hectares of wines are located at the base of the Dolomite Mountains between 700 and 800 metres above sea level. At this high altidude the variation in temperatures from day to night is ideal, and the carefully tended high-density vineyards yield intensely fragrant, concentrated and well-balanced wines.

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

A 'unique taste experience I Antonino Leo and my wife Mariantonietta Napolitano, have turned our passion for pizza and good food into a profession. In our restaurant Agorà21, inside the Hotel Krone, we spoil you with excellent Mediterranean dishes and reinterpretations of traditional dishes, as well as the delicious Pizza Napoletana, whose dough we let mature for up to 48 hours before being baked in the wood-fired oven and topped with delicious ingredients. We delight our guests with our delicious dishes inspired from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influence, consisting mainly of our high quality agricultural products. You can fish yourself trout and rainbow trout in our natural pond. The meat and the milk from our cows, calves and sheep that spend the whole summer on the mountain pasture, is healthy and very tasty. Fresh salads and all kind of vegetables and fruit come directly from our garden. The remaining milk is processed within our farm to tasty cheese specialities.

Since its foundation in 1967, Backstube Profanter has worked according to three basic principles: The focus is on people's well-being; the baked goods produced should be good for the customer; all customers are entitled to the highest quality. That is why the bakers only use selected ingredients, natural grains and natural raw materials and pay strict attention to the highest standards of hygiene. This company philosophy is based on a love of craftsmanship and a passion for enjoyment.

Right at the top station of the Plose cable car you find the Bergrestaurant Kreuztal. It is the ideal start for your trails and, at the same time, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the extraordinary panoramic view. Big childrens' play ground.

Burgerhof farm stands out thanks to its two cosy dining rooms and fantastic views of the Brixen valley basin. Organic farming methods have held great importance here for over 30 years. Guests can look forward to seasonal dishes, with a menu that changes every week, delicious organic wines as well as tender meat from the farm's own herd. Open from mid-September until the second weekend in December as well as from the start of April until the mid of June. Hours: Saturdays from midday and Sundays from 12.00am to 3.00pm. In autumn, open on Thursdays and Fridays from 6.00pm. Open in the evenings by reservation only. For the rest of the year we are happy to accept reservations above 20 guests on request.

In Bressanone you can find us in via Bastioni Maggiori/Großer Graben, via S. Erardo/Erhardgasse and at the Station Center. In addition to our bakery and pastry shop, you will find a wide selection of snacks, pizzas, baguettes, wraps, salads and sandwiches, as well as a small selection of groceries. In our store in via Bastioni Maggiori a coffee bar invites you to relax and enjoy our specialities. For the production of our bread we use only natural ingredients. To the delight of customers attentive to food, our wide assortment of bread was enriched by many organic products. These raw materials are good for health and a pleasure for the palate. Fine pastries, fruit tarts, cakes and strudels, there is something for all tastes. Discover the variety of our products and enjoy every day fresh baked goods.

All products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties. Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.

The Huberhof farm lies above the Brixen valley basin in the idyllic hamlet of Elvas. The farm family has converted their 18th century cellar into an inviting inn, where guests can enjoy the best of the Eisack valley’s culinary fare. The farm also takes Farm Holiday guests. Open from the end of September to the beginning of December. Monday and Thursday open from 12 noon until 5pm. Fridays from 15.00, Saturday and Sunday from 12.00. Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to prior order. Open from midday from beginning of April to mid-May on Saturdayzs and Sundays. During the remainder of the year reservations for groups of min. 15 persons are taken.

This listed farmhouse is situated north of Brixen, between Vahrn and Neustift, at the foot of a steeply sloping vineyard. It once belonged to the so-called Mairhöfen and provided income for the bishop. Today it is here to spoil you with a drop of its home-produced wine and tasty dishes. The farm in also offers wine tastings (booking required). From 12th September until 3rd December open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 noon. From 4th December until 6th January open from Friday until Sunday from 12 noon. Advance booking required.
