The hall for indoor climbing at St. Michael | Eppan is located next to the Raiffeisen hall.
It was built in 1997 and is used regularly from the AVS.
Indoor climbing courses are offered every week. Furthermore the hall offers the best requirements for pre competition.
The Lake Kaltern The Mediterranean landscape around Lake Kalterer See leads many to the correct assumption that this lake really is the warmest lake in the Alps! There are four public beaches that offer direct access to the lake, known for its especially inviting water quality and colorful splendor! Sometimes it's a tint of deep blue, other times it mirrors the green of the surrounding landscape! And Lake Kalterer See is so versatile: row boats, sailboats, pedal boats and surf boards glide across the water. Yet it's so incredibly tranquil here. For sure you'll hear the sound of children's laughter; after all, this is their little corner of paradise. Quite simply, it's beautiful in the lake, on the lake and all around the lake.
The Open Air swimming pool in Auer/Ora offers you the possibility to relax or have fun with your whole family. Wheter you choose the pool for the children or the water slide - it's all up to you.

You do not need to be a keen swimmer to enjoy Tramin's Sport and Adventure Pool. The variety offered in 1,300 square metres of water fascinates everyone: whirlpool, climbing rock and waterfall, get your batteries charged in the 50 metre swimming pool, relax having an under-water massage, a counter-current water facility or the jacuzzi. There is also a lot of fun outside the water: you can play beach ball, enjoy the terrace shaped lawn with Mediterranean vegetation or discover the restaurant while your kids romp around on the lawn ...
The public swimming pool LIDO has been opened in 2006 and has been source of refreshment for the local residents and visitors. Here guests will find sun and shade, action and rest, sunbathing lawns and wooden decks. There’s also a lap pool, a fun pool, a whirlpool and also a pool for children. There’s even a mysterious underground grotto. The Lido also features a kiosk, a restaurant and a paddle boat rental.
The riding stable was built in 2000. It is a big riding school and also a plcace where events are held.
There are also islandic horses. You can ride, take riding lessons and the children can participate in horse week during the summer.

A Climbing garden Unterlegstein in Fennberg/Kurtatsch is oane of the southernmost adventure park of South Tyrol.
A delightful lake at an altitude of 1200 m, in the basin on the watershed created by ice erosion of the porphyry, 4 km from the historic borough of Cembra. The name comes from a popular legend.
An excellent starting point for excursions along the Dürerweg path and the European path E5.
There are also short stretches of natural beach.
Climbing area 294 m² ; 2200 mounted climbing holds; Wall height 12 m; 6 fixed Top Rop ropes; Difficulty from 4a to 7c; Extra Boulder area. The climbing hall can be reserved for groups on Saturday afternoons from 2 p.m. For reservation call at least 10 days in advance 333 6316483 (Stefan Steinegger) or reserve under tramin@kletterhalle.it.
The public swimming pool is located at the large lake of Monticolo in the middle of the nature reserve forest Montiggl - Mitterberg in Eppan on the wine route. Here you can experience a lot of fun and action. The huge lawn, heated swimming pool, pool bar and restaurant serving Italian and South Tyrolean specialties, as well as boatl (rowing boats) and stand up paddle rental make a stay at the large lake Monticolo a relaxing, exciting and enjoyable pastime. The lakes in Montiggl have been recently re-awarded with the highest distinction of the Italian National Nature Conservation, the so-called "5 VELE" for the very good water quality. That's why you jump here like spontaneously into the refreshing water.

In order to avoid parking problems, in the summer time a bus goes to Montiggl and back.
The Kastelaz hill of Termeno - Tramin rises on old cultural ground and is accessible in only 15 minutes from the local center of Termeno - Tramin. The panoramic view reaches from the north to the south. Therefore the whole southern valley floor of the Adige is overlookable. The history of the Kastelazer Bühel goes back many centuries. A settlement during the Iron Age is assumed. The Saint Jakob chapel sits enthroned on the hill and supports the energy of the place with its mysterious frescoes. The view above the hill with its vineyard till the lake of Caldaro - Kaltern symbolizes the peace and silence of the insignificant place. The suntrap hill was used quite early for the wine growing and is still in use for the agriculture. Emperor Tiberius should have loved this wine so much, that an imperial guard had to watch over the vineyards in the Bühel.
The climbing wall "Col dell'uomo" is located in the wood of Montiggl, nearby the Wilder Mann Bühel.
Directions: Drive from St. Michael in the direction of Montiggl. Park at the sport center Rungg. Turn right from there and follow the path along the sports field. Going on from there the way is indicated by signs and you reach in ca. 20 minutes the climbing wall.
On the climbing wall are at the moment 10 routes from the difficulty levels II to VII and the length from 6 up to 20 meters.

The Open Air swimming Pool in Egna/Neumarkt has everything a waterfun-lover needs. We offer you a big variety on different activies: beach volleyball, beach soccer, water zumba or swimming by night. In case you need Internet, we've got a free wifi area.
