The stream coming from Fennberg hasn't always shown a friendly face to the citizens of Margreid. Several times, the stream went over the banks after torrential showers, the worst case being in the fifties. The enormous amounts of rainwater carried rocks and debris through the village and into homes.
Today, the cool waters of the Fenner stream still run through a cleft in the mountain, but then along a safe channel through the village and down to the little pond at "Grutz", next to the tennis courts. There, in the shade of old trees, you can follow the Kneipp cure of Sebastian Kneipp, a Bavarian priest and naturopath, by wading and bathing your limbs in the pools there. Two pools are for leg treatments and are filled with stream water; the third pool for arm treatments, is potable water. Or try "wild" Kneipp treatments directly in the waters of the stream.
And if you don't feel like bathing, you can just sit and enjoy the gurgling water and the chirping of the birds!

An interesting natural appearance in Entiklar is the legendary rain stone at the wine road, a rock face dripping water with many tuff and sinter formations. It is said that a weeping princess is on the inside of this stone and she appears once every 100 years in order to be redeemed and to richly reward her saviour.

Late-Gothic church, closed under the reign of Emperor Joseph II in 1785, which was dedicated to the Irish abbot and itinerant monk Columba (d. 615). A chamfered, sandstone-framed pointed-arch portal on the ground floor of the west façade, two stone-framed rectangular windows at the sides and the large sandstone corner blocks (15th century) all recall the former church.

The chapel Saint Cosmas & Damian in Glen/Gleno was built in the 17th century. The architectural character is quite simple, but the chapel contains numerous artworks on the inside. One of the artworks is the votive picture marked with the year "1691." It may indicate the year of construction of the chapel.

The stone-framed round-arched portal opens towards Goethe Street on the west side of the An der Lan estate, a Renaissance building from the 16th century. Above it you find the beautiful double-arched windows. The south façade is adorned by a belt cornice and large rectangular windows set in stone with wrought-iron grilles. Inside, the central halls have vaulted ceilings, with the wood-panelled room on the first floor a testament to expert woodcarving and inspired by the Renaissance style. In 1817, the building was acquired by the Gelmini zu Kreuzhof family.

The fresh meat comes exclusively from bovine of mountain farmers from around Terlan. Butcher Stefan Nigg knows the mountain farmers for decades and knows about the high quality of the meat. Weekly cattle are slaughtered and processed according to old craftsmanship that continues in the butchery. Some of the products are also produced by organic criteria "Bioland".

Andreas-Hofer-Street owes its name to the South Tyrolean patriot who led the 1809 uprising against Napoleon. When arrested in 1810, Andreas Hofer was imprisoned in the Neumarkt/Egna prison on the night of January 30th before being transferred to Mantua to be executed. The old court prisons are found at house number 28; originally property of the lords of Enn and Caldiff, they remained in use until 1830. Today, the building is in private hands, but on the ground floor, two cells with cross vaults remain, and plaque commemorating the illustrious guest marks the façade.

The church had a late-Romanesque preceding building, which has now disappeared. The new construction dates back to the 15th century, the choir Fresco (Marientod), to about 1400. Agnes von Werdenberg, the widow of Henry of Rottenburg, donated the fresco to the side altar. The church was built by architects from Como, around 1517.
