At the foot of the Langkofel massif and surrounded by Alpine meadows is the smallest village in the Val Gardena valley. S.Crestina is strongly influenced by the Ladin way of life. The village is perfectly situated for all those who can hardly wait to conquer the Dolomites on holiday. S.Crestina offers direct access to local ski areas and is an ideal starting point for hikes of all degrees of difficulty. One of the yearly highlights in S.Crestina takes place on the slopes of the Seceda Alpine pasture. The Gardenissima is the longest giant slalom race in the world.

Located in the southeast of South Tyrol, Val Gardena is nestled in the heart of the Dolomites. For a comfortable and environmentally friendly travel to Val Gardena, find here the most relevant information. Buses, trains or cable cars drop you off at your accommodation or hiking destination.

  • Travel by train

    If you take the train, it stops in Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena. You can continue your travel by bus, taxi or hopping in the so-called  "Südtirol Transfer" shuttle. You'll be dropped off at your accommodation.

  • On-site mobility
