Roses, vineyards and apple trees will enchant visitors to Nals,  the village of roses . Whether indulging or being active, the area’s forts and castles as well as old manors and farmhouses are fun to discover on holiday. Why not go for a cycle? The South Tyrolean Wine Road cycle path cuts through the village of Nals, which also features other great cycle paths. At the Nals winery , outstanding wines can be sampled against the backdrop framed by the picturesque landscape. Situated exactly  between Meran/Merano and Bolzano/Bozen, excursions from Nals to the two largest and most interesting cities in South Tyrol are a good idea.
