    Eating Pizza in South Tyrol

    Many pizzerias throughout South Tyrol have been heating up their ovens nearly every day since the 1960s. South Tyrol has more than 300 such establishments located in cities, small villages and in the countryside. Those who love pizza are truly spoiled for choice. The traditional Mediterranean menu includes both simple classics as well as modern and trendy creations that may include the use of various types of special dough.
