For a few days over summer, jazz sets the tone in South Tyrol. During the Südtirol Jazzfestival Alto Adige, the whole province is transformed into an open-air stage. The music festival follows a branch of the intercultural transit space and explores a music scene which does not just simply get carried downstream but rather swims against the current beyond the mainstream.
