Chalet Schlern

Our brand new and modern apartment in the Chalet Schlern is located in Seis am Schlern, below Seiser Alm and has incredible view to the Dolomites. Our new and modern holiday apartment in the Chalet Schlern is located in Seis am Schlern, below the Seiser Alm, with a spectacular view of the mountain scenery of the Dolomites. The apartment, completed in 2021, is located at the foot of the Schlern, close to the “Seiser Alm cable car" and is therefore the ideal starting point for winter sports and summer activities on the Seiser Alm, the largest high alpine plateau in Europe. The cable car to the Seiser Alm can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes (600 m), the centre of Seis am Schlern is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance (1 km). The hiking trail to the Völser Weiher lake and the bicycle path run very close (100 m) to our house. Even the bus stop is very close (100 m). The nearby villages of Völs am Schlern and Kastelruth, whose historical centres are well worth seeing, can be reached via idyllic hiking trails or by bus. Chalet Schlern is the ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby Val Gardena or to Tiers am Rosengarten. The cities of Bozen, Brixen and Klausen are easily reached by bus in about 30 minutes. The newly built house was constructed with an A-class Klimahaus rating, meaning it is built exclusively from natural materials and equipped with living space ventilation.
