We have a new house with 3 nice apartments for 2 – 6 persons. All the apartments have 1 living room with a kitchen and 2-4 beds, one bedroom with 2 beds and WC, shower, bidet. Bedding and towels are present. A great and nice garden is in front of the house for playing and staying hear near the house. You can have a barbecue and eat and drink in the garden. Our house is perfect for cyclists, because near the house is the cycle way and around the house are a lot of fruit orchards where you can cycle between the apple trees. Around our village are a lot of possibilities to go in the mountains. We have also a funicular in our village. In addition there is the possibilities to reach many mountains and valleys by car in a short time. A great public swimming pool and a very nice place to play for children is near by us (5 minutes on foot). We like to hear and to see you! Best regards Edith Unterhauser and family

About the region

While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
