The Hotel disposes of 35 new refurbished rooms and a À la Carte Restaurant with its famous "Holiday Cuisine" Homemade Pasta, delicious steaks, Pizza and not to forget our traditional Tyrolean Style Cuisine with plates like "Gröstel" Calv-Liver, Gulasch and Dumplings. Furthermore in spring 2015 our hotel will be extended with a new panoramic swimming pool (in & outdoor)and 5 new Junior Suites (also for families) with a view over the valley of Merano

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
