The arduus offers 5 modern apartments amidst nature with a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley. Located at the entrance of the picturesque Schnalstal in Naturns, the house impresses with its unique architecture and prime location for hiking, biking, and glacier skiing. Additionally, you can directly access the Meraner Höhenweg from the arduus. Surrounded by nature, the arduus is the perfect starting point for adventures. In summer, enjoy hikes that start right at your apartment door, such as the direct access to the Meraner Höhenweg. Various bike tours and trips to Naturns and Meran are also easily possible. In winter, the nearby Schnalstal glacier invites you to ski. You can also go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding here. The high-quality and durable furnishings of the apartments are just the first step towards sustainability. The apartment house is energy self-sufficient thanks to its own hydroelectric power plant and photovoltaic system. At the associated mountain farm Oberversanthof, emphasis is placed on traditional farming. This is also home to llamas and alpacas, with which you can go on a trekking tour upon request.

The sunniest valley in the Alps as well as the highest mountain in South Tyrol, ‘King’ Ortler, are but a stone’s throw away in Vinschgau, the westernmost part of South Tyrol.
