In his time it was the study of Dr. med. Rochelt, one of the founding fathers of the Tappeiner promenade, then it was a tailor shop and then an outbuilding of the guesthouse FANNY. Then it became the residence of the daughter Mrs. Rochelt until we bought it.

Merano is 700 years old and there are so many activities for tourists.
At a distance of 50 m there is a relaxation island near the river, where you can relax after a hard day and refresh your feet.
You are in a pedestrian area, right on the winter promenade, the Sissi Park, other bars, restaurants, .... in the center, but in a limited traffic area.
Always on the last Saturday of the month there is a flea market in the summer months that reaches to the house and in winter it does not get that high up to the house. And it's interesting to find everything.
To get to the house, you pass a narrow street.
On foot, you are immediately in the city center and from there you can do everything bus or taxi take a shopping, eat out and and ... (about 50 meters)
