Respect the mountains - Fountain "Elisabethquelle" - drinking water refill point
    Partschins/Parcines, Meran/Merano and environs

Partschins spring water to refill your drinking bottle
South Tyrolean drinking water refill points & fountains

At this fountain it is possible to refill your own drinking bottle with fresh water.

The Elisabeth Spring is located on the road between the "Ramwaldhof" and "Gigglberg" in the district of Tabland near Partschins/Parcines and is freely accessible.

It is said that Empress "Sisi" of Austria and Hungary once drank from a spring on a hiking trail in the Zieltal valley in Partschins/Parcines, which is now used for drinking water in Partschins. Since then it has borne the name "Elisabethquelle - Elisabeth Spring".
The Empress Elisabeth of Austria-Hungary spent several spa holidays in Merano and also bathed in the oldest spa Bad Egart in Töll/Tel.

We in Parcines are lucky enough to be able to turn on the tap and enjoy excellent drinking water that flows from various mountain springs into our fountains and households.

Every plastic bottle means waste! By using reusable drinking bottles, we can fight together against the global plastic waste problem. Please renounce to buy plastic bottles and enjoy our fresh tap water!
