Our creations combine ancient Alpine tradition with culinary finesse. What can you always taste? Our passion for local produce and authentic flavours. You can choose between a 3-course tasting menu with an intermediate course and cheese selection or three separate dishes from our varied menu. The highlight? It has to be dessert. Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. To match your preferred wine, Christoph Mayr and his entire team spoil your palate with refined, seasonal, regional and trendy dishes. All wines are available for purchase in the Wine Shop as a present or to enjoy at home.

We attach great importance to a light and healthy kitchen. Regional products such as fruit, goat cheese, alpine cheese, milk, game, lamb, turkey and beef are sourced from small farmers in Lüsen. The Lüsnerhof kitchen offers a rich selection even for the most spoiled palate.
