The Luggin family has set up an interesting farm inn at St. Nikolaus near Kaltern, a local place of pilgrimage. You can reach the rustic cellar via the farm shop with its numerous farm products and enjoy South Tyrolean farm dishes with a glass of wine, fruit juice or spirits from the farm's own organic distillery. Vinumgarten - the name of the restaurant provides not just a cozy place in our garden, but also the special connection from good food and excellent wine. It awaits an authentic Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, combined with fine wines of small local wineries in the unique setting of two wooden wine barrels. The cuisine of the owner and chef Klaus Pircher reflects the classic and modern South Tyrol. Selected seasonal products from producers in the area can be found in the kitchen. For aperitif Aperol from Marling of the private distillery Unterthurner, followed by fresh mountain butter from Unterschweighof from the Ulten Valley combined with homemade bread and fresh vegetables from South Tyrol, this are just a few examples.

CEO is a winery in South Tyrol’s Unterland – situated in the extreme south of South Tyrol. The loamy soils – conveyed here over the centuries by periodic flooding of the Etsch / Adige River until it was regulated – form the foundation for the cultivation of grapes yielding very refined, elegant white wines, but also full-bodied, heady red wines. By rigorously regulating the yield, we support natural processes in harmony with nature so as to grow grapes suitable for the production of great wines. We cultivate five different varieties of grape in our own vineyards located in the Unterland of South Tyrol.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Food lovers are spoiled every Wednesday and Friday (dinner) and every Saturday for lunch. In summer you can take advantage of the garden, the only one of its kind in Bressanone. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.

Our Bistrot Flower, is the novelty of the year, also open for external guests.
