We attach great importance to a light and healthy kitchen. Regional products such as fruit, goat cheese, alpine cheese, milk, game, lamb, turkey and beef are sourced from small farmers in Lüsen. The Lüsnerhof kitchen offers a rich selection even for the most spoiled palate.

Let yourself be pampered in our original Tyrolean farmhouse. As a national park host and a Slow Food member, we want to make a small contribution to the preservation of our rural cultural landscape with our traditional South Tyrolean dishes.

Quellenhof á-la-carte restaurant You can choose from smaller and bigger á-la-carte dishes every day. Opening hours: 12 - 2 pm and 6 - 9 pm In the afternoon and after 9 pm in the evening, we also have a small menu with warm dishes, salads and traditional South Tyrolean snacks. No closing day.

Tyrolean delicacies – the modern way. Our cuisine relies heavily on traditional Tyrolean meals, whilst at the same time paying special attention to a modern interpretation with a hint of Mediterranean taste. Next to our regional dishes we also offer a wide range of culinary specialties from the grill such as our famous spareribs or our tender steaks, which can be enjoyed in a laid-back atmosphere that is characterized by plain elegance and coziness. In low season Thurday closed.

The Romantik Hotel Oberwirt is a typical Tyrolean Restaurant.

Unique wine cellar wonderfully located among the beautiful vineyards around the lake Kaltern. The small family-run wine-producing-business processes only grapes from their own production. Guided visits and wine tastings on Tuesday and Friday at 5 pm (registration required). Wine retail: the shop is opened daily (except Sunday afternoon). Room for rent.

The H. Lentsch Winery is nestled between mountains and orchards bordered by olive trees and ancient cypresses in the sunny south of South Tyrol. About half of the 20 hectares of the old estate are vineyards which thrive in optimal conditions thanks to their location on a large alluvial cone. Here, porous porphyry soil, which stores heat during the day and releases it again at night, and natural ice holes, create a unique, natural microclimate. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and the classic Lagrein find ideal growing conditions on the warm, sandy and stony soils. In harmony with the natural conditions, the vines have been carefully and laboriously tended and cultivated by hand for generations. Guided visits and wine-tasting at any time by appointment.

The historic Kränzelhof is unique in its combination of wines and exhibitions with artwork of local and international artists in the lovingly laid out 7 gardens. The experience for all senses is completed ty the cozy Kränzler wine garden, where the homegrown wines and small dishes can be enjoyed.

All products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties. Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.
