At Luis & Die Buabm, ex Gasthof Jenesien, completely newly built in 2019, you'll have fantastic culinary experiences. Enjoy beautiful hollidays and have a lot of fan in the new Hotel with bar, restaurant and bedrooms and our little wellnessplace under the top.

Our restaurant and pizzeria have two halls in which we place on cozy setting value above around 120 seats. If the weather permits we open our cozy terrace, with another 150 seats. The car park is managed in the evenings, so that they find easier a spot for your car.

Chef and owner, Christian Rainer, is a passionate chef who knows how to cultivate traditional cuisine with love for fresh produce and seasonal dishes. You will find us directly in the museum of the mining world Ridnaun Schneeberg in Maiern. The cozy Knappenstube was built in 1993, paneled with old wood and grown on the robust original wall of the mine. Our restaurant has about 90 seats in the interior and about 90 seats on the panoramic terrace.

In the small, typical restaurant, our head chef Gerhard will spoil you with local specialties.

Panorama Hut is situated in Selva di Val Gardena near the Passo Gardena at an altitude of 2130 meters. Reachable in 5 minutes from the middle station of the cable car Dantercëpies and in 30 minutes from Passo Gardena. Tyrolean specialties, homemade cakes, sun terrace, children‘s playground. Refuge with table service.

In our Restaurant we will spoil you with light, authentic Italian cuisine and great variation of typical Tyrolean dishes accompanied by exquisite local and Italian wines. Bar and restaurant which offer typical dishes from Alta Badia in the middle of the Santa Croce ski slope. The hut can also reached by foot or by car. Dinner on Thursday evenings by reservation. In summer guided excursion discovering the healing properties of alpine plants. Together with Helga, you’ll learn about mountain herbs and plants that have soothing, healing, cosmetic and culinary properties. On this easy walk, your guide will reveal a few tricks for transforming the plants you collect into delicious dressings and natural healing products. A sweet-smelling walk! Location In a quiet, sunny and secluded spot above Meran right by Meraner Höhenweg path you’ll have incredible views. Ideal base for easy to difficult walks in Texelgruppe Nature Park. Both children and adults will find just the fun and relaxation they are looking for with us.

South Tyrolean dishes

Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and one of our specialities is grilled trout (summer months only) which you can fish directly from our lake in front of the restaurant if you want or Tyrolean specialities such as a variety of canederli (Tyrolean dumplings made of bread with speck or spinach) and, for those with a sweet tooth, we highly recommend "Kaiserschmarren" which is a sweet omelette with bilberry jam as well as delicious home-made strudel and cakes. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

The ideal destination for the whole family, located in the hiking and skiing area Klausberg, reachable also by mountain-bike and with baby strollers. Our restaurant lies next to the Family Park Klausberg with water world, balance parcour and dinoland. Enjoy traditional dishes and local specialties.

In the cold season we are the ideal destination for winter hiking and snow shoe hiking. In addition our restaurant lies on the toboggan run “Kottersteg”.

Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.
