Along the main road between the villages Bronzolo and Ora on the left side of the street there is the kiosk named Soini. Here you can find many products like local wine, fresh apples, homemade apple- and grape juice and elder syrup. We sell also speck, honey, cheese, dried fruits from the region. On request we prepare in our Bar Soini also breakfast or a snack.

We would like to invite you to our calm and sunny farmstead. Our inn lies on a plateau away from the chaos of traffic and is surrounded by forests and well-cared meadows. It is the ideal place for families with children. Sulden and the Ortler massif and the Stilfserjoch are just a few minutes away by car. Let us pamper you with our cozy atmosphere and excellent local delights. Taste our home-made meat, bacon, and sausages, and our home-grown milk, eggs, salads and vegetables. In the summer ands autumn we offer you butter and cheese fresh from our farm. Home-made jam and herbal teas are a true delight the whole year round. Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…

In our bar / restaurant you can spend a pleasant time with your friends. Our chef surprises its guests with Tyrolean specialties, Italian cuisine and a salad buffet. On Sundays we offer our guests a special menu.

A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.

The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.

Welcome to the Gummererhof Mountain Inn | Winery | Apple Juice High above Tramin lies the mountain inn Gummererhof (750 m above sea level). The wine farm is both the starting point for many a mountain hike into the Mendel Mountains and a popular destination for hikes and bike tours between Kaltern, Tramin and Kurtatsch.

Especially suitable for traveling buses, situated on the main road between Vipiteno and Bressanone.

In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. In the beginnings a horse stable, the original vault from the 17 century was restored and conected with modern architectur. Open since 04.05.01 the area is daily open from 08.00 to 24.00. The kitchen is open from 12.00 to 14.00 and in the evening from 17.30 to 23.00.
