The Schliniger Alm is located at 1,868 m above sea level in the Sesvenna mountain group. From the village of Schlinig, you can reach the alp either on foot (even with a stroller), or by bike. In winter, the path is rolled daily, so you do not need winter equipment such as snowshoes or touring skis. It is recommended to take a toboggan for the way back. Offered is a wonderful panoramic view of the valley to the east and the mighty Schwarze Wand with the waterfall to the west. Let yourself be spoiled by the Almgasthaus cuisine and the products of the cheese dairy. The Schliniger Alm is not only a popular destination for families and athletes, but also offers one of the best alpine cheeses of the Upper Vinschgau in the alpine dairy. The Gasthof Videgg has been a traditional family-run business for over 60 years, operated by the Mair family. Following the devastating fire in March 2023, the inn will reopen in April 2025.

The hut take place on the mountain Gitschberg with a beautiful panoramic view, a sun terrace and delicious tipical dishes. Open from the beginnings of June to the beginnings of October and in the winter season it has the same opening hours as the mountain railway. You can reach the Gitschhütte in 15 minutes from the mountain station Gitschberg.

Our cottage is located at the Sella Pass in the heart of the Dolomites mountains with a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmolada glaciar, the Sella massiv and the Sassolungo group. The Sella Pass forms together with the Pordoi Pass, the Gardena Pass and the Campolongo Pass the four-pass-trip, known from the skiers and the treckers as the "Sellaronda".

Our family-run restaurant offers you specialities of the South Tyrolean cuisine. We are known for our roast mutton, our Kaiserschmarren and our homemade cakes. You can reach us from Dorf Tirol starting from the restaurant Tiroler Kreuz following the forest road; from Kuens following the irrigation channel path Kuenser Waalweg; along the Merano high altitude route (Meraner Höhenweg).

Near the ski lifts of Braies Vecchio/Altprags begins the way with the mark No. 15 to the Malga Putz/Putzalm. At the beginning you walk between green meadows. At approximately 1,600-m height the road breaks off to a path well marked in the wood. Walking time: 2 hours Sign-post: No. 15 In the winter time the Putzalm hut is closed!
