Our inn is situated only 5 km from the center of Varna, in a great location from where it dominates the valley. Some of the products are from our farm. In the autumn we organize the typical "törggelen" in our parlor where you can enjoy "Tyrolean ravioli", a South Tyrolean specialties, chestnuts and homemade wine.

Enjoy typical dishes in our traditional farm-style lounges or on our sunny terrace with unique view of the valley. A children’s playground is waiting for the kids. Our hut is also reachable by car.

! In the cold season a winter hiking trail leads to our hut. The Berger family will make you feel welcome!

High up in the Hirzer hiking area. Here on our alm at 1970 metres above sea level we will be happy to indulge you with a freshly prepared apple pancake or a bacon dumpling soup after a hike or lovely tour of the summits. The majority of our Tyrolean specialities are prepared using our own produce. Our private alm, or alpine pasture, is open right through from mid-April until the beginning of November. We will be pleased to provide you with suggested routes for hiking to the alm.

You will find our inn, with the golden crown in front of the entrance, in the center of Laion.

Inn Ansitz Fonteklaus - Relaxing holidays in the Isarco Valley

Our Almschank located on the Barbianer pasture at 2.062 m. Accessible: about three churches - Briol - Parking Huber Kreuz on trail 4. trom the Rittner Horn cable car directivity horn Trail 15 and 4. Open from the beginning of June to the end of October. No day off, open until 5:00 p.m.

The restaurant Tomanegger is sitauted directly near to the hiking bus stop. Its grand terrace offers a magnificent view of Catinaccio (Rosengarten) and Dolomites. The menu is versatile and includes both Italian and South Tyrolean specialities. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.
